I'm not disagreeing with you at all Catchit. Believe me if the PDCA was a drinking comp we would make the grandie each year

I was more saying that he has had a crack at them, now it's probably time to let it go.
I like the contributions that PG makes on here, the last thing I want is Russ to put him on another media ban ;)

:drinkers:

def ready to give it up mate and couldnt think of a better way of doing it than knocking off my all time fav team in sals west..lots of respect for you guys and we will give it a good crack..the thing is with rosies and westies is that no matter what the result is we will play very hard and drink even harder after the game together..good to see the 2 best teams over the last few years playing when it counts

No sore loser about it, as i stated first of all we were beaten by the better team over the 2 days. They beat us two 2 dayers in a row which is a pretty good indication of deserves to be in a GF.

What im sick of is keyboard warriors like Frothies who dont state anything at all and then wait for a team to fail and then come on here carrying on as if their a hero. I can guareentee you this bloke would not have the balls to walk up to our young lads and tell them that to their face. He will have a chance this Saturday though if he wants as we will be out watching the Div2 GF.

Needless comments about batting again were just having a crack when we were down. If it were a round game i'd imagine you laugh it off but at a disappointing end to a long season sometimes it doesn't take much to make you think why bother. Most weeks we have a beer with the opposition and i hear Pogas did buy Russ a beer, if not in person. Ten minutes and some clear air and i'd hope most people would realise that the heat of battle sometimes makes people act out of character. I know i've heard a lot wose after beating some teams in the past!!

I've never heard much out of Pete or Jonathon, there's generally some banter with Angle Vale but pretty mild.

You know what they say about throwing stones though, I can recall a certain purple fella putting me down during the course of the season.

Come on Tintin dont try and make this about you now, we know your there, dont feel special that I dropped you, I dropped nearly everyone over the course of the season ;)

I love the banter, like getting it and love giving it, but people need to realise it's just a game and some fun and need to learn to be able to handle it and take it with a grain of salt.

Thats a very fair comment, im sure we have all at some stage let emotions get the best of us. Semi final, big occasion, plenty on the line I can appreciate your comment. I imagine had we lost their would've been some very cranky lads too.
