at this point it is good to see the sides fighting it out to the last game. anything can happen,
pidge might fire up  and tell us we are all naughty boys and please behave

Smasha I witnessed first hand the distinctive Pidge 'Death Stare' when he was fired up at the Association Carnival and it put the fear of death into the batsman. Some SACCCA fielder could have been supportive of Pidge's stare, but he was too buy in the Gully laughing!

It is an interesting round to be completed. I hope PV make good with their promise of 'Full Tosses' and 'Half Trackers' as us Rose Park batsmen struggle with those types of deliveries. If not we've got to hope Pidge comes good with the bat and gets the Roys over the line, which probably isn't our best option!

HAHA.. I only fire up against Superbad these days. (Who, might I add is not far away from joining these forums) :D
It's Somma Time!

While smasha is on the theme of recruiting, I too am looking for players for this years Willowfest tournament. It's played in Mildura between 27th to 30th December in a similar format to the National Churches Carnival. All you need is a small bit of cricketing ability, a likeness of alcohol and/or cricket, $300 plus spending and an acceptable wife/girlfriend/boyfriend who understands your cricketing needs. A couple of elderly statesman that toured Sydney indicated that they may be interested with the SACCA not touring again till next year, but I'm looking for as many players as I can get. Plenty of time to get that leave pass in and Annual Leave from work.

Any team would be crazy not to take you as Team Manager GD. And if you did make the tour you WILL be playing at some stage ;)
