wasnt in your first 11?? so you captain your side then?? and your still in grade 2?? fair effort that
as for being a joke about him batting to low i can only go on what i seen and he def made more of a effort than a few in front of him.. times have changed since playing against me in grade 1?? yeah that 1 year must of been a real lift for you, maybe just concentrate on putting in a captains effort to get back there hey...

pfft ego?? coming from a craigmore player means jack s**t, when the likes of ben moore, big rossy and half the other team, gee i wonder where craig learnt to have such a ego... i havnt finished yet gotta go

I wouldnt say Rossy had a huge ego, Benny does but he backs it up with actions and that is the difference.
Catchit who is half the other team?

Craig can bat but cant string scores together so maybe thats why he has batted lower when he has played against you previously, you only played against him twice maybe 3 times a year.
Its also a lot easier to bat later in the day than earlier so your point about players in front of him doing better is a bit harsh, I would rather face an older ball than a new pill and your bowling attack was handy.

maybe not half the side but my point was i reckon craig has come from a team that had a few egos back in the day... not you big fella ;)
if some unknown is going to say craig will fit in with our egos i will bite...

And bite you did.

Rossy didnt really talk himself up that much, if I could hit a ball as far and hard as he did you could hear me from Two Wells.

Like I said everyone has a ego some cant back it up, not saying that about Craig but he could be a better player if he could train more regularly but work commitments come first which is fair enough.

Maybe a change of club will work for him.

You could run the bar at rosies if the leg doesnt come up.

Craig would be best suited to No6 or 7 if he can string some scores together.

Russell will be able to stick with his mediums then, hope you can turn them otherwise he will drag you and bring himself back on.
Hope you can run between the wickets or are you going to concentrate on hitting boundaries?

Craig would have to be considered a batting all-rounder after a couple of his bowling efforts in the last couple of years x_x a 13 ball over in '08???? (unfortunately i missed that one) and getting a belting from a slapper at Eastern Park this year 0/28-ish from 2 overs???

Lucky he can bat 8) 8)

Hopefully he performs well at his new club ;)

Pretty easy to blame the captain of a side. We had our oppurtunities but just didnt take them plus a few heated out games cost us a finals spot. Would easily be in the top 2 sides in Grade 2 just never got the chance in finals to prove that. I played you in grade 1 for 2 years not 1 and it was a good experience could see then that you had an ego even when i was younger. Im probably now double the cricket player i was back then and i can remember quite well giving you alot of trouble with my change of pace. Its just funny reading these comments on here when you have fun sledging people but when it happens to you lol you bite quite quickly. Good luck to Craig and his new ventures but i can safely say he isnt looking for a new club he just wants to follow you! Sad really ;)
