cove beat porties quite easily, comer made 73, both darren and michael thomas made mid 40's, passed there score 4 wickets down. Burgess took 5 wickets for porties at the end, liston didnt bowl today as he fell off his scooter and hurt himself which helped our cause. But a good game played in the right spirit.

IAL sorry for letting you down.
I beleive the exposer Dwayn has had regarding his actions last week and his apology for his actions are good enough for me,as I posted that is not the Dwayn I know. And I dont think me belting the life out of Dwayn would do he or me or cricket any good.(just for the record IML I did attend the game and caught up with Dwayn) on belting's it was great to see the lads belt S/R and as I called it big Hodgey was the destoyer, that gives the boys a good start for the year.
Also well done the B grade who also gave S/R a belting, but bad luck to the C grade who went down in a close one.
PS can you tell me what lol and ayy means??? :butthead:

good to see morphett vale get a win first up, seem to have things on track again after the d grade nearly killed the club with there attitudes towards the place. Top work to Brenton Hillman, the entire byrne family, shuan carlton and allen limpus. Is it true Nathan Ritter is back claiming to have been clocked at 140+ in the off season. Will be interesting to see if they hit the pitch this season.

The best players in the last 10 years surely have to come from the m/vale D grade of about 5 yrs ago,no one got near that side. The likes of Horse,Junky,Bubba and co,this side were the invincibles.

Get over yourself every a grade team in the league would have beaten you guys outright, bubba is the only person in that team who could be a half good a grade cricketer the rest of your blokes didn't have the heart or mental strength to play b grade let alone a grade. Didn't one of your players get reported for abusing a retarted fellow, real good people.

youre a wanka mate.tell me how the f#K did our d grade kill the club,we paid all our subs every week, wot else were we meant to do.the majority of the team were just a bunch of footballers wanting to have a casual game of cricket on a saturday arvo.there was alot of us that could have played higher but we were not as serious as obviously as wot you are chappelli.mate if there were still 1 dayers now no matter wot grade we would all still play.every year i get asked "are they goin bak to 1 dayers" coz if so we would play.

fair enough, just what i heard, dont get all upset. Why dont some of you guys play c grade or something as you can play 12 or 13 players would probably help out some of the young kids that way if you cant play every week you could still help the club out a bit.

haha!! ive just had a solid 5 min laugh out loud session with myself on the thought that 1 n ritter would ever bowl 140+, if that is the same nathan ritter that now plays down at mclaren vale!! i personally have played against him in the gsca, and as u so accurately point out dill boy he is no more than medium pace, one of the most erratic bowlers i have seen, after all those years down at southern how come no1 taught him how to bowl, terrible action...

Hi DB, Big K???? fill me in.
As for Ashley how is he traveling?? and how is the shoulder coming along?
Now DB what about coming out at the Shoe and being part of a 1st class club and you also get to play on the best oval in the south as I am concerned about you playing on that postage stamp!you can't place fielders on the fence for the miss hit because they will clear the oval?(you also enjoy a game or two of poker and thursday and sat nights are all good.) any way all the best and catch you later 8-[
