I've heard whispers of one possibly two big name inclusions to the A grade, but i've heard at the moment it's not official, they are about 90% confirmed signings..
Perhaps W.O.Oz can shed some more light? ;)
One in particular I think would tear Grade 1 apart...

One has all but said he'll play from Christmas onwards.....the other has golf calling his name....of which I'm trying to convince him otherwise..... He'll be a lot harder to get. But if one commits it might make it even more enticing for the other as the three of us have always wanted to play a season together.

But....Its August and there's a lot of work to be done.

The 3 muskateers, how beautiful!
Have SW looked at trying to secure the services of anyone else? Will Davies be around the club this season?

Justin will be at Salisbury West as far as I'm aware. You'd probably know more than me but we spoke a fortnight ago and we were talking about indoor training.

Mitchell and Loveder??
There once was a bloke named Fracka,
Scored runs since he was a young tacka,
But alas not anymore,
his shot selection's been poor,
and now they call him QUACKA!!

Grade 2 Pre-season preview.

Eastern Park: After a solid season in Grade 3, a rejuvenated club on their way back up I'd expect the Parkers to take off from where they left last season. An abundance of youthful talent mixed with some experienced heads I'd be expecting them to start the season off close favourites along with their neighbours from down Adams Road.
Very pleasing to see the hard work and patience that Johnny Ashworth and Knoxy put into the club over the past few years start to reap rewards when it would've been far easier to walk away from.
Craigmore: Once again Craigmore find themselves in Grade 2 and look the part early to take the next step, time will tell and they need to remember it's a marathon, not a sprint. Too many times they jump out the gates and then dwindle out after the break, hopefully a new coach, some direction and one leader is the answer that they are looking for to shake the monkey. Like Eastern Park, they have an excellent blend of youth and experience.
Riverside: These guys have looked dangerous for the past 2 seasons but have failed to land the killer punch, with plenty of big scalps during this time they have found themselves let down by losing games that they shouldn't.
They appear to have their ship heading in the right direction and have formed a strong committee, another club on their way up and could easily be a major force in Grade 2 this season with a little bit of consistency.
Salisbury West(B): when it comes to measuring club strength you only have to look how this side has performed over the past couple of seasons to not only remain in Grade 2 but to be a prominent force in it. They provide a great platform for their kids to develop into Grade 1 players and I can't see this seaosn being any different.
Salisbury North: These guys are anyone's guess, if they have their full compliment of players for the season they are Grand Final material, hopefully their club gives them a little more support than what they've been given in the past to see Salisbury North back up to being one of the premier clubs in the PDCA again, time will tell.
Central United(B): An enormous achievement from the Units to have teams in the top two grades, another club that is jam packed full of talented youth, they produced some stellar results last season and will surprise some teams in Grade 2 this season.
ATCO: I can see the same thing happening again this season out at Dauntsey unless they've done some heavy recruiting, their ageing list will see their better players playing B's while they try to develop their existing youth in their A's.
One Tree Hill(B): Having to stay up by default could prove difficult, with no older juniors to draw from makes it tough going for the Goats, a season in Grade 3 would've done them a world of good but they will just have to battle on through like they did last season. hopefully their A's sign up some recruits so players can filter down and make them competitive in what appears to be a fair challenge at this stage.

A brief look in Grade 3 and things start thinning out down there.

 There's never such a thing as a "sure thing", but a team with Mitchell, Davies and McInnes in the bowling line up, that would have to be fairly close.
