Berri went down to Monash today. Monash finished up scoring 208 (Albrecht 60). 146 runs just wasn't enough.

Who has the result of the other game?

Day 1

Day 2

Loxton bowled Renmark out for about 140.

Managed to crawl to 7 for 80 or so before stumps but no outright loss.

Dan Shawyer bowls some mean leggies.

Is there anyone playing B grade that should be playing A grade at Loxton.

I see there was a few runs scored in the Bs on the weekend. Did Kruger score a ton and Nicko Uren get his second 50 in a row? Do they not want to play A grade?

Nick has played some A grade this year, Kruger has not.

Not sure why, might be a commitment thing I dunno.

Kruger smashed 130 odd including 10 sixes.

Rhett Colls got 70 or so but I don't know how Nick went.

Colls has played an A grade game this year too but again, must be a commitment thing.

On other news I hear Andrew Duffield is moving away from Waikerie due to work.

Loxton are working on getting his services, whether player/coach for next season.

Hmmm...a Loxton side with Andrew Duffield, Dale Lindner and Brad Perry added to it for next season could make things a little interesting....

Supposition of course.

I thought a fitter Rob Mclean might get behind the stumps one last time.

Nah mate. One sport or the other for me.
As for fitter? Long way to go before that fact is verified.

Berri finished 7 for 270 against Renmark. Scholefield 117. Apparently Monash won against Waikerie which would make the semi-finals:

Monash vs Renmark @ Barmera
Waikerie vs Berri @ Waikerie

Any tips?

I'm tipping Monash to get up in a close one against a stronger Renmark line-up than the one that played on Saturday.
And Berri to knock off Waikerie-Ramco, although it could go either way.
