If the others shared your common sense Bazza, this forum would be quite respectable.

I know thats a dig at me, so I'll reply...

Where did I say the NH should stay up. I was just discussing potential situations. This is a forum, its for discussion. Implying I dont have common sense is a bit right, especially from you.

Question on the matter though:
In section 2:
If Morphy Park (who have 3 teams in finals-great effort!) lose the semi final, and Keswick end up winning the GF, the who will go up? Would it be Morphy's because they finished top?

IMO if you go through a season un defeated you should go up automatically. We all know what can happen in finals, anthing, but if you were good enough to go through the season undefeated then you should go up.

I know what you mean AF when you say sharing the common sense but why do things have to be black and white, why cant we look at things differently and take more than one seasons results into the equation? Just because it is your opinion doesn't always make it the right one and that is the beauty of a forum like this for me because not everyone does agree which generates some good conversation IMO. Some sh!t inbetween but mainly good stuff.

If an A Grade team can't beat a B grade team in sect 2 finals they don't deserve to come up. Remember Morphy's were thumped in Sect 1 last yr, does anyone think they will be much stronger when/if they return? I'd still expect them to be in bottom three sides unless they have recruits or blokes returning. No special favours IMO.

So back to my original question, if Keswick II win, who comes up? The loser of the GF then?

If they are an "A" grade side then yes it would be the loser of the GF.

Well its definately going to be an A grade side vs B grade side in the GF regardless. So either Morphettville Park or Warradale are coming up. Semi-final for promotion. Would be a cracker of a game.
