Going back when we were last in grade 1 all clubs supplied arvo tea, we supplied it last game to both sides and I was just seeing what other clubs offer it, our boys get hungry.....

the only reason our bar would be shut after a game is because there would be a private function in the clubrooms, unfortunately we dont have overall rights to our club rooms like EP mate.

I reckon we would've had 20 minute tea breaks back then aswell though. I agree with you though, it would increase the professionalism of the comp by having it.

Go play ATCA if it's such a big deal for you! :D

Best thing about ATCA and district! i think its wrong that the home team should supply drinks in the drinks break aswell but that will never happen in PDCA...

Why so confident on Virginia??

They looked alright in the second innings. Ash Nicholas and Ryan Star aren't usually big run scorers but they batted well and if a few fire around them they should post a good total. Warren and Seccas are a decent opening attack and Johnny is good in short spells. Drops away quick but if they can do damage early they could put themselves in a good position.

Want us to start charging players $300+ too per season? ... at least that will cover an awesome tea!

It's actually a rule in the PDCA that the home MUST have cold water available for BOTH sides. If you're just going to bag the PDCA, piss off to the ATCA thread and do it, I'm sure that thread is buzzing............That goes for you too Browny, getting sick of your little pot shots.

Disagree...

You play a 2 hour session, and then have to deal with an amazing spread with still 2 sessions to play. A man of my eating capabilities struggles with such things....particularly when you have to go out and bowl straight away.

My first district game I bowled for the first two hour session, went in for lunch and pigged out to the max, got thrown the ball again on the way back out after 40 minutes of being a pig :ymsick: :ymsick: lesson learnt.
