He is a top bloke and is getting on a bit now but has played some grade cricket in Sydney, would of been a bit warm today too. Does bowl good offies and can hit a big ball.

we will take any bonus off merlin, we had lynchy warming up bowling to mid off before first over last year he was reported for time wasting gotta take the good and bad with the peanut. i did hear about the catch and was gone for all money take the good with the bad got to see the young fellas last 40 odd can hit a ball. wats the go with top dressing the ground and the 4 inch high grass youd love a trim to it during the week saw some laced shots lucky to get 2

4 inch high grass hardly, but the top dressing did make the ground very slow. the council did this to us last year and is very annoying, however i am assured that its best for the surface and has to be done. i wish it could be done between football and cricket season instead of half way through round 3. but honestly never seen such a poor performance that affected the outcome so much before. get it right all out for 80 but take my hat of to them for making the most of their numerous chances. i guess its up to us now to keep our heads up get the runs putting smittys in a good position come the 1 dayers. probably shouldnt post when so frustrated and intoxicated on a saturday nite :partyman:

Me and Phantom did post that Brooksey wasnt far away from tearing an attack a new one, he obviously did that this weekend.

Only problem is he will probably give up a 100 runs in the field ;) , hope you read this Brooksey

Has always had lots of talent and regrettably Eastern Park let this bloke slip, if you get a chance Catchit tell him even though he hit a hundred his not the best cricketer in his family, his bro James is an incredible batsmen but unfortunatly due to family and work is not intersted.

So who is playing B grade that played mostly A's last year?

Also, put Feltus (injured) in and then does Craig miss out? Ellis also signed up at the start so who's spot would have he taken in your opinion catchit?

I will say that all those guys are far too good to be playing B grade - If that ever was the case.

That's the beauty of having a decent quick, you can have someone come on from the other end and bowl stump to stump, the batsmen will go after him and he'll collect.

No doubt next season Catchit will be at another club talking up their chances!
There once was a bloke named Fracka,
Scored runs since he was a young tacka,
But alas not anymore,
his shot selection's been poor,
and now they call him QUACKA!!
