Good to see TTG finally win the 2 day trophy, been a dominant team for a while now and would have been a tragedy if this group did not win the ultimate.

Karma for Woodville too, their "Rising Star" winner this year got what he deserved, to see him get a Premiership medal would have been the pits!

Courageous Courageous

Some fall out from the Grand Final. In the warm up Matt Weaver rolled his ankle. After a roll of tape was applied he batted with a cruicial 30 odd. Turns out he ripped the ligaments off the bone.

Reconstruction required? He will be fit for preseason if he gets it done now.....

Pain or the lack of it is a mind boggling thing if you have no clue what you have done to it.....

Not sure he just had it checked yesty. Huge effort, his innings was crucial in the win as he probably batted for an hour or so and ran plenty of two's. We also had 2 blokes bats break in the warm up.... Lucky Trav has a few spare ;)

Feels like a very even competition at the moment. Last two A Grade premiers finished 10th and 11th this season. This year the one day premiers and the one day runners up missed the two day finals. The Twenty20 premiers missed the two day finals as well.

Lots of dangerous teams around. Tea Tree Gully obviously the standout over the last few seasons but it's a fine line. They themselves were winless after three rounds.

Teams can move up/down the ladder very quickly.

Southern District my smokey to make the four next season.

Heard Dean Sayers applied, Finnie gone.

Wonder if Aaron would be captain then!

Not sure Heater, heard conflicting reports re Luke. Think he may be moving on too, but not 100% sure of that one.

Isn't Luke Williams also coaching one of the junior state squads? He's probably content remaining an assistant/A's coach at grade level.

Southern District coaching position?

Northern Districts coaching position?

What's happening with the premier league coaches? Staying the same?
