Im pretty sure my captain wouldnt be too impressed

you cant stop living your life because you have a para districts cricket final i have played a footy trial game on a friday night before a grand final , you cant stop doing things on the whole what if principle otherwise nobody would drive to the game would they !!

Tweaked his hammy at footy after cricket training last night 20/80 chance of playing

Shouldnt be training for footy two days out of a cricket final i would think, easy to do an injury at footy training. Hopefully Sibbs gets up for the game otherwise browney has a bit of weight on the old shoulders. You never know he might relish in it and make 50 and take a bag of wickets, goodluck boys

Pointing out the obvious mate!

I agree with the big fella here custard...

Its not about living a sheltered life, its just being a bit smarter around an important time of the season......a season in which you've spent every weekend trying to get where you are.

Does that mean SB is out aswell?

Along the lines of "Well if Jamie isnt playing then neither am I"

No he is playing and named captain

Well we are truely screwed then, going by Browny's captaincy in the 20/20. Shambles comes to mind.

If Sibbs doesn't get up, it will give Brahma a chance to shake the no Sibbs No Lodge tag. Will be one of the great victories.

We had Joe Trimboli go through one before a GF about 10 years ago after injuring a hammy funnily enough....

He pulled through and we got up....

Masha wrote:So here's the scenario, SW batting first, 1 for 30 odd, Caffa walks to the crease to face his first ball. Do you say (obviously with some more choice language which can't be repeated here):

A) The barman has your regular seat ready for you in the clubhouse, don't keep him waiting

B) Watch those feet on the crease line, wouldn't want a repeat of last week

C) All of the above

or

D) No sledge at all

Personally for me, I go with no sledge as it will give ammunition to him, and that's all we need after already been on the receiving end of a ton from him. However, I am sure we will be up against some top notch sledging, so maybe it's a free for all.

go to town on him..
