Seems short, ay? Lots of one-dayers, few Saturdays called off due to heat.. All adds up to a shorter season I guess. Gives you an extra coupla weeks to get in the gym and plonk a few kg's of muscle on that spindly upper frame of yours.. ;) 8)

It's the one that talks with his bat and not his mouth, that's the one who'll paste you all over the CBD.. :-$ ;)

I am up for a challenge. Bring it on.

It will help for sure. Just don't over-do it too much, your frame might still be growing.. I think you'll find you'll be a few yards quicker next season with another 6mths under your belt and if you work on building up speed thru the crease, you'll have a few boys hopping around the joint in 09/10.. ;)

You're still pretty raw mate, but if you're thinking of heading towards turf cricket, bite the bullet and get into District ranks. They'll have the coaching support and structure to best accommodate your needs. It's a tough gig though in District, it can be very clichey. You really need to stand out from the pack to make your mark, but you have the potential if you listen and work hard. 8)

I noticed at the start of this season i picked up a little bit of pace, but i grew a fair bit in the off season. I dont think i will ever be that quick, just put the ball in the right 'Areas'.

I definately have my targets mapped out for next season though. So hopefully i do get that little bit of pace.

I have looked at the stats of Prospect and a couple of players playing their D Grade arent flash and they are taking wickets. They played at my old club. Might do a pre-season somewhere and see how that goes. If that fails Watchout Phantom because you will be my next bunny!!!.

I always listen. I reckon thats 1 thing im good at. Always take what people say on board. Eg. What you said to me at Assoc Training.

Last time the Para Vista boys disappeared on this forum was when they played us and got bowled out for 86 or something and lost. Not good signs. Beam Boy would be happy.

Worst - Our home ground this season gone.

Best - Fitzroy or Vista's. Didnt mind bowling at Vista's ground even though it was only 3 overs. Couldnt get back on because of BB's domination.

good question auto, in my opinion

best

NEK, lightning quick, except when i was batting
Para Vista (jailview) good when its cut, esp good for WK's -

worst

Fitzroys sand belt - terrible to bowl and WK.
The ground on the corner of Burbridge just past the airport.

I think our home ground is up there as one of the best which is at Terama St very good to bowl on bit slow when batting though people who have played there will know..

Junior.. Inside goss would be enfield c didnt finish first because of there batting......... plus they should be playing in higher grades apprently.. so............. good luck :S
