undefeated catchit why wouldnt they be confident! dont think they would be to worried about rosies, best bowling side in the comp and caffa and parky leading batting by a mile!

Crickets a funny game, anything can happen but i think R&C have definately earnt the opportunity to be thought of as "dangerous" come finals. A side not given much hope before round 1 has shocked everyone and even the games lost have been in the game up to their necks.

Have a very strong bowling attack, but i feel the batting still looks a little fragile.. perhaps that missing link will come next season ;)

you quoted they have spinners why wouldnt they bowl smithy! didnt know justin davies was a spin bowler!!!! and also you guys would of only batted first because hannish was out on fishing charter and couldnt bowl!! qaulity player must add! i dont think your decision to bat first was based on weather conditions! :D

yes and well batted to you fanta 83 not out. hopefully a tonn next week mate. Should be a pretty close game, cant wait.

Brahma with 150 odd are still a chance. they always have a way of making these low scoring games close

we were always going to bat first, have every game, But ur right, if hannisch was out next week we probably would have bowled first.

he bowled a few overs of spin so they must rate him enough. some one posted earlier that s west were bowling spin as if they were forced too for the game to continue.

With a full strength side I think batting would have been the only choice given the weather...unless ur rose and crown, seemed to work a treat!!!

I thought you were going to call, we'll sneak one in early next season then, I didn't account for us to have 2 junior teams in the GF.
I think both clubs will need to focus on the proper season anyway leading into the finals.

as i said a sals west player told me that  and for the record rosies play pretty well against them, so being over confident can backfire pretty quick... go you rosies..

So ur thinking of Joining him are ya Wizard. It would be interesting if someone of your skills did go somewhere besides Sal West. Make a comp of it Wizard and play elsewhere. Im sure Rose and Crown could find you a Job.

good luck to the lodge tommorow against rossies hopefully they can beat a top 4 side before finals next week, and go in with some confidence. hopefully some guys can help sibbs out with the ball and not rely on the old boy to do it all as he has done. mckee is a good net bowler ;) but needs to take it out to the field and take 3 or 4 for the boys to be a chance.

Heard catchit signed a two year deal up at the hills wizard. Where ever this man decides to play that side will be a force in 2011. Can play!
