Am catching up with a few Nuri cricketers today.
Will have to pry into the truthfulness of some of the rumours circulating regarding their club.
Will report back later.
Have spoken to AP a few times, if he plays it will be at Nuri.
I think the NCC have offered him petrol money to commute all the way from Angaston?

Ok, with minimal prying Nuri have unloaded their secrets.
AP is playing there, they have recruited John Lienert, plus some Michael zeunert character,
Plus some Perkins lad, son of an umpire?
gibbo and Lyds are very unlikely to play before Xmas due to post football injury-surgery.
So get them early, we have them round 2 , beautiful.
How's that for investigative journalism?

Must agree with you there under the pack, have been extremely happy with numbers so far and its been a long time little angaston has had someone like zanotti come of the street and want to find a cricket club, bout time we had some luck. Doesn't bowl a bad leggie aswell, little bit excited by it all. Bring on october 8th. =)

Zanotti looked very good in the nets again today. Only a little chap, could be the BLCA Little Master and a big chance to deliver a couple early season tons into Jobbys santa sack.

That would be michael zerner. The Perkins is the umpires lad - played a fair bit of district. Also heard they have grabbed guppa from greenock and a couple lower grade lads from light pass through the footy club (gerlach and kurtz)

Stewie, can you tell me about the bloke that is out at pre-season training this year. We don't normally have the privilege of his company until rd 2 or 3 each year but he has been out for the past couple of weeks and like Zanotti is hitting the ball as well as I have seen him in the nets, maybe he is ready to step up this year with the bat. As they say you are only as good as your last hit.

Apparently there has been no clearance sighted yet, leaving it a bit late? Maybe the clearance will come in ready for Round 2
