Congrats to Fordy and The Sarge, nice going.

Ramblers bowled out South Road for 93. We then passed the total 5 down, South Road are now 0/23 or so.

Any word on the Mitchell Park / Keswick game?

nah mate, we were 5/70 (smoker with all 5). Rusty's lil bro Scott made 60 odd, Florence 60 odd. 50+run for 10th wicket was handy.

Cheers.

AF bowled their opener first ball of the day. Don't think I've seen that in section 1 cricket before. AF bowled well, got 3 early ones. I bowled a lot of nothing today, not good, not poo, just didn't get going. The wickets kept tumbling regularly so AF and I weren't needed again in the first innings.

Oh and we lost the toss - they chose to bat. We would have batted.

Sheidow were 0/198 before JB got out! dissapointing really. A good day for us though to bounce back from a couple of dissapointing losses with 287. Hopefully we can back it up next week. Jibba back into the side is a massive plus with the pace he is bowling at the moment.

smoker is a good bowler and doesnt suprise me he took a 5 fa cause its been a while for him i think!
good partnership for the 10th wicket! good signs for keswick tho with rusty and bayboy not making runs yet ur side still makes 270 ...

definitely a big in! great partnership between u two and congrats on the 117 mate ...
still i think there not the best of games for so far, between ur top three u made 267 and ur side made 8/287. i am interested to see how ur side would go if u and JB got out in the first ten overs!
and i understand they woulda been going for the tonk today but still its becoming a regular thing for the sheidow boys!

Thats a big call there youngster you would wanna back that up with some wickets not just tidy overs ;) They have a few dangerous bats so if they get going they will be looking for a win.

Now why would you say that before a ball is balled that is asking for trouble. And can you please get a spell check your grammer is shocking.

totally agree, a win is something ur mob needs first Jibba! i dont think sheidow have any bowlers that can take 5 fa in a spell, so an outright IMO is out of the equation

I don't think that was the point. He makes runs but talks a lot of crap on here.

I presume no ball has yet been bowled by Sheidow? If not, an outright would be last thing on your mind. Very, very rare to knock a team off twice in a day. We are are a realistic chance if South Road either collapse (which is not likely in 2nd dig) or they try to set us a total to chase. Hopefully they will look to make a game of it and give themselves a shot at some points. Coud be very important come the end of season relegation.

Roseboy, if it we're my decision there is no way we would have batted yesterday either. Nothing better than chucking a weak batting side straight in when you've got decent bowling. Fortunately our skipper has barely won a toss all year.
