Sorry I have been inactive for a week or so, i was sent to Laos last minute for work, not a place I would visit off my own back! (No Internet access!)

Looks like I missed a ripper couple of weekends of cricket, handling the ball, big single scores, poor banter and racism. Which I notice got swiftly swept under the mat, like in real life. Seen as the forum is a bit quiet, what was the racist remark that was made? And who it was too? Are we allowed to uncover the uneducated Neanderthals that made these remarks?its that sort of behaviour that ruins our multicultural game.

11 o'clock start I have been told.

Pooraka def Flinders Uni today, our number 11 came out and hit an unbeaten 60 odd in the second innings.

Old scotch next at home and we owe em one for last year.

PAOC made over 150 and then bowled Pooraka out for 125ish.
Payneham defended 128 against Hope Valley.

PAOC then failed with the bat, limping over the 100 mark. Payneham did it easy winning by 6 wickets with 4 overs to spare.

Down south Goodwood smashed Woody Rec (chased 135 down to win by 9 wickets with 17 balls to spare).
Goodwood then went on to win the 2nd game (chasing 152 to win by 5 wickets with 2 balls to spare).
Danny Southern telling Plugga he's fat, I'd like to see that!

Not being a fan of t20 cricket I didn't go along, but surely on a hot day 128 is a below par score? I assume hope valley didn't have any of their guns playing? Must not pay double rates for Sunday?

It will be interesting to see if brama lodge can bounce back from getting their collective pants pulled down, I wonder if there is any correlation with their american stars lack of form, and electoral worries back in his motherland?

Why? Do you think you'll get a game??
There once was a bloke named Fracka,
Scored runs since he was a young tacka,
But alas not anymore,
his shot selection's been poor,
and now they call him QUACKA!!

Whats going on at Walkerville?? A once strong and successful club appears to be struggling down in A2. Having a quick glimpse through their playing list, it seems quite old. I'm predicting a Gepps Cross like slide from the Cats in the coming 3 seasons!!

On Gepps Cross, an outright loss first round and narrowly avoiding an outright loss the second round, it seems my prediction of them dropping to A4 is spot on the money!!

And My old club Ingle Farm. What is going on out there?? They cant beat a side that was almost beaten outright in a day the previous round!!Look what happens when all the old boys step aside and make way for the young ones. Very disappointing to see.

How hard is it for visiting clubs (A1) to go into the home clubrooms for a beer instead of sitting on the oval with a esky....

Even the LOE blokes playing on the oval next door managed to visit the clubrooms after the game...
