If it was drawn out of a hat then fairs fair, the question had to be asked. Mate that wasn't a bouncer, it was a short ball that i attempted to headbutt for six leg byes

Draw is done from a hat(so to speak) at the meetings for all to see mate.

Also, was it just the luck of the draw that WYC got to play the weakest side at home in the T20, and ramblers and ICC had to travel to north haven? I'm interested to find out...

As most people know, everyone hosts either a double header or a final over a 2 period. we didn't host last year. We were due to host this year. So we got the first game at home. Then i think its just a random hat draw from the sides that are left. (North Haven were home, We were home, Glenelg were home,). So us three all out of the hat draw, and then thats it from there. Considering we haven't played a non div 1 side in the t20 history, suggesting we cheated is pretty sad on your behalf. still sour grapes on luders bouncer i would think ;)

Where did SOTY state that you cheated? Luders or not we will clean u blokes up this year and shut all your mouths. Game on

He seriously alluded to that and he knows it. That's alright, you can clean us up, but cove will clean you up and your club will still be searching for that premiership that you've been chasing since whenever. Actually has your club won a flag in the last 50 years in section 1?

Read Wicket to Wicket for a great yarn on an A&SCA stalwart set to take his 900th wicket:

If you need fuel from a forum to win a flag I think I know where the club has gone wrong in the last couple of years/decades

Hey CK they can beat us in the minor round, it only counts come finals time! Maybe some sour grapes, or just jelious of how successful our club has been in this competition! Been in here 12 or so years, missed finals in our 1st season n haven't missed a finals series since! And walked away with 5 section 1 flags! And 8 as a club.
As for the T20 it's finally good to see out club not come up against a section 1 side. Any this is our 2nd home T20 game in the short history! Our 1st was against Ramblers.

Looking forward to hopefully getting a hit this week in the 2nds, 1st for the season.

Scores from today?

WYC 265 def Keswick 9/209

we had a good first 3 sessions but really fell away in the last and i think i can speak for the rest of the team in saying it was pretty disappointing not to bowl them out. But a wins a win and certainly happy with the points but our bowling will need to improve quite a bit if we are to even have a sniff against cove next game.

Coro def Belair by 4 runs. Portlock and Wegener batted well for Belair and their tail almost got them over the line. Max Cheek and Bruce led the attack well in the absence of Joshy Lourens.

Looks like it was a round of close matches with three chasing sides falling 4 or less runs short
