I understand that there were a fair few younger lads that went away for the weekend from Eastern Park at late notice. I didn't hear of him doing a no-show though.

I did hear that a district bowler is making a return to their pdca club as early as next round.

Apparently Smithfield Oval is getting top-dressed on Friday, looks like the only way to get a boundary will be the aerial route.

Yeah, yours was pretty bad last season on one side of the wicket, ours is as slow as I've ever seen it, doesn't even need top-dressing.

You may have heard something different so correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought he wasn't selected in the original team, after Supa taking quite some time to get ahold of him he was informed that DJ was unavailable for both weeks. That was from Supa's mouth, not sure if he was playing it down though.....

LM I saw it on the weekend, and it was thick!!!!! The boundary would have easily been 5 or so metres in from normal, maybe more in other spots, and the ball was getting nowhere near the boundary. You are right, aerial route will have to be the way. Otherwise it will be picket fences all round.

You were roaming the boundary on Sun, I'm sure you saw the Bradmans in action. Davies and J Mac made us look silly again!!!
You to outscore any of our batsman would be very short on form, you seem (going by your scores) to be hitting them ok....
