Blah blah blah.
How would you know what happened after the game, heard you did the Harold Holt and didnt hang around to shake hands, poor form.
Nah I had to leave when we came off for rain. had to get to work. would have gladly hung around for a few beers after had I not had work. Anyways I saw u in the whites today, retirement didnt last long did it
So how donyou know what happened after the game if you had to shoot through?
Yeah I played today in our C grade so what, playing with a mate who won't be playing in the future, something you wouldn't know about as you have NO mates!!!![]()
Something did happen today I got told I couldn't field after catching a guy, couldnt believe my ears so had to give him a serve as he walked off, told him I couldn't field bit I could catch , see ya!!!

Draw will hopefully set up a good finish to season for that coverted 4th position comes finals time. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all and bring on 2012

Ummmm.....to put it mildly! Some of the worst acting ever to be witnessed! Put Home and Away in that category (took the Mrs word for it)? I'll paint the picture......Chasing 140ish which OTH should never even have got close to had our bowlers and fielders had of been fair dinkum about the game. We are 0/40 off 10 overs cruising to an inevitable win and a small shower passes for 3 mins. Follows is an academy award performance with an ambling run up to the crease result in 3 twists, two and a half somersults with a half pike ending in the umpire being intimidated into coming off the ground! Good on ya Fineleg2Fineleg its your teams best result of the season!!!

bowling with a waterlogged non swinging ball wasn't exactly easy but yea the game probably should have been called off 20 mins earlier than it did. Obviously we were happy to stay out there but we were close to playing water sports. Was good to see Ash Bishop fire with the bat.

had a look down mofflin reserve saturday and saw andrew 'wishart' martin was umpiring... doing a good job, called a few dead balls due to it hitting the crack in the middle of the pitch.. no worries. some time later, one, J.Nuske was given out caught behind after a massive deviation from the crack in the middle of the pitch. 'wishart' was only to apologise at drinks after talking to the square leg umpire (whilst Nuske was walking off) agreeing it hit the middle of the pitch?.. how is this guy umpiring grade 1... he should stick to singing.
number 2, had a look at Justin Carman first hand and whats the fuss over this guy? sent down some serious garbage, if he bowls like that for the rest of the year he'll be in the D grade at Angle Vale... absolute tripe, straight up and down at a gentle pace.
and lastly johnathon pogas hit miles picton for a zack only to say to the CU captain next over to bowl slow bowlers coz he is having trouble picking the ball up? pull your lid in pogas, i think he needs to enter a room full of mirrors and have a good hard look at himself.

Ever tried your hand at umpiring? You do know that umpiring at this level you don't have the benefit of calling for a replay?? And that all decisions are made within a tiny time-frame of thinking. I have umpired both cricket and football and I can tell you as a human, I have made some seemingly bad decisions through not having the time to think things through. Umpires are only human. Whether paid or unpaid, team mate or neutral, our game wouldn't be played without them.
And please, tell us a bit about your stella career?

You could see the deviation from the the boundary! not one to talk about myself but i can comfortably say i'd slap you to all parts of the ground... you know what they say about umpires... they umpire for a reason (bad at sprot).
