Pretty unlike TK to not rock up when he says he will. Normally if he's supposed to be there at 9:00 am he'll be there at 5:00am and get shitty when no-one else is there four hours early.

Man, it's taken me 20mins to read 7 pages of s**t!

It's easy to be critical of a side dismissed for 53, and criticism is certainly warranted in this instance. But these things happen in cricket. How can you explain Fitzies chasing down 300 in the semi and failing to get to 50 in the GF? It's just cricket.. We will learn a lot from our mistakes. Full credit to PDCA who bowled good areas in conditions highly favourable for having a trundle. I dare say that if the coin came down the other way, it could well have been a different story. Even if we scrapped to 120, it would've been game on. But we didn't and it wasn't.. As long as we take lessons from it, especially the young fellas, this poor batting effort wasn't completely in vain.

A few things I'd like to mention.. I'd like to extend my thanks to the numbers of people who came out to support the lads, especially the large contingent from Fitzroy. Thank you guys! I'd like to dish out a massive THANKS to OB, who just worked his arse off today - and in the lead up - to make sure things went relatively smoothly today! You're a champion mate!

What the hell would've happened if we managed to get an U21's side together?!?? What then?!? Mate, I am just sick of it! And I'm not talking about Tige, the guys has worked tirelessly for years on rep cricket in this Association and has got plenty on his plate. At least one Exec member offered to help out with the U21's if we got a side togather - not having a crack at him either. As I said to the lads, they responded in the field the way I'd expect a side who just got rolled for 53 would, and that was to go down swinging. We did that, so we take that as a positive into the future. Another 70 runs would've made it interesting..

indeed you have son As i posted a many pages back, only a few people on here and your numero uno, i find you to be a very astute judge of cricket and appear to sum up situations very quickly, show great aptitude in the area of cricket in general and the direction the game is taking during the course...

Gully must be the unluckiest bowler in SACCa history! Constantly beats the bat, needs to get Divvy 1 experience, IMO.

tarcs has been a consistant performer all season. I'm thinking he'll get a full time gig behind the stumps after chrissy
