Interestingly, we'd have as many who were involved at TTG as at Northerns.
But none of our players have been recruited directly from those clubs and most are returning home, being Old Scholars.
The players who aren't Old Scholars are Jarryd Furnell, who returned to us after a stint at Brahma but got as high as Northern's Twos in 11/12.
Austin Smith, is from Angle Vale.

Sorry, I didn't mean that TOS was poaching players or anything. Just retaining players who have been through the school who have decided that they'd rather play for Trinity Old Scholars than for Northern Districts.

Same as there seems to be quite a few Barossa kids who played juniors at the Jets but are now playing for their Barossa club.

Possibly others from Para Districts who played juniors at the Jets but are now playing for their original PDCA club.

And older guys at the Jets who are choosing to play with Pooraka (or Para Hills?) instead.

All these other clubs have done is create good environments at their clubs and are therefore attracting/retaining players.

Read that Rogers is not captaining next year at the bulls. Whose taking over? Hanson would be first choice I would think but with a young family he might not be up for it. Would Rocco be next ?

Ingle Farm's presentation isn't until May 12 which is strange, nearly preseason by then!

Heard last week from a mate of Greg Quinn’s that he had been approached to coach Pooraka.. is he still involved at Para Hills at all? Clubs must be starting to get slightly desperate if no coaches lined up as of yet.

He's been playing and doing a bit of coaching at Goodwood the last two seasons I reckon. Was just running fielding sessions I think.
