Did this bloke spend a year or two at Westminster Old Scholars a few years back? I remember the name.

When does training start Hound? Or does that depend on how badly the pitch is affected by burnouts? Oh, i checked with my sources and RCC have officially taken over from Travis in the #1 recruiting trophy...well done lads...lets hope your SCA based recruits "reach their potential" as you say...

Dutchman - don't choke on your hotdog but training started 3 weeks ago.

You know that we would never win the recruiting trophy but all of our new recruits will be welcomed with open arms and not the promise of representative cricket. They will be given every opportunity to "reach their potential".

I can confirm it's garbage.
Both are playing at Porties this season along with 7 other newcomers/returning players.
4 senior sides nominated again for PNCC, I just wish some other clubs would get off their backsides and get some more teams up.

I hope that tanner is not a returning player as he did well at Southern last year.

Good on the cockle divers getting 4 teams up again. You guys are reaping the benefits started 8 - 10 years ago of playing the young bucks. Memo to other clubs pick up the phone and speak to these guys on how they went about it. Short term pain for long term gain.

I think the "stump run" may have something to do with it:)

News from down the shoe is that t-bahr will not be captain this season but i heard he was still playing, interesting to see who puts their hand up for captain, maybe colo or jimmy edwards. Not sure about McIvor but have heard thru the grapevine that the Inwood boys are leaving...Micks off playing golf and Ian wants to play turf cricket...big loss if thats the case. :(

Is T-Bahr still playing?? I played against him years ago, was going grey then, he'd have more greys than richie benaud by now surely, that was back in the day when he and marty clifton were legends in their own lunchbox!!
And I bet the Inwoods are just taking the year off to eat

Lol george12! he must be 50 by now?? Noarlunga's players must be leaving as they are no longer good enough to compete with the better teams!! hence the reason there are rumors surrounding a move to the GSCA... I feel sorry for the new captain if T-Bar is still playing as there is no way he would be able to make his own decisions as T-Bar will be there pisn in his ear all the time!!
Who do people think are going to be competing for the flag this year? Most runs? and most wickets?
