The C&CCA Executive would like to invite all member clubs to provide delegates for the upcoming Winter Delegate's Meeting and Annual General Meeting.

Both meetings will be held at the Enfield United Community Cricket Clubrooms (Terama Street, Gepps Cross) from 7pm:
- Winter Delegates Meeting: Monday, July 27th, 2015
- Annual General Meeting: Monday, August 24th, 2015

The C&CCA Executive has been meeting regularly since the completion of last season, discussing and planning the short-term and long-term future of our competition. The open delegates meetings are an important time for all clubs to have their say on the format of the coming summer and will cover issues such as:
- Possible match rule changes for 2015-16
- Adjusting the format of the Viv Sports T20 Competition
- Election and / or re-election of C&CCA Office Bearers and Executive Committee Members
- Member clubs, team numbers and grading for the forthcoming summer

Clubs are reminded that any rule change proposals for the coming season are to be submitted in writing to the C&CCA Secretary Michael Johns at least two weeks prior to the Annual General Meeting. In this respect, the Winter Delegates Meeting is a great opportunity to discuss and garner support with other member clubs any rule change proposals ahead of the AGM.

The Viv Sports T20 Competition is also set to undergo some small changes this season, aimed at increasing playership for all clubs and greater flexibility in the scheduling of matches.

Fixture will be released once all teams are finalised. There is no word on Div 1 sides for this season, but I have heard a rumour Magill don't want to go up still, so I suspect the div may remain as it was last season:

Adel Luth
Enfield
Rose Park
Para Vista
Fitzroy
North East Knights
