Years ago they used to do a similar thing at Stoneyfell winery and it used to be quite popular.
So question is do you think this kind of thing is something you and your club will embrace?

On a Saturday night, 2 months after the season has finished? To be brutally honest, I'm not sure how many Rose Park would get there, with the footy season well and truly under way. I'm not sure what the right answer is though O2 Thief. Perhaps a Friday night?

Looks like the difference between 4th and 5th was 1 degree warmer. Had it been RP would be playing Lutheran again. Ah well, the beers will be cold Auto. ;)

  1st of all son, never had any "bewilderment" about selections or non-selections, I dont take for granted any opportunity to play a better level of cricket, the fact I get selected in any team is a great honour and privilege.
2nd Geoff Riddle is definately better looking than Neil Craig, and he may indeed be the Messiah WITHIN the MLFC but thats where it ends..
3rd Dont envy Hendo at all, but definately respect him as a cricketer and his longevity in the game and I can only wish to be able to still play at the same age.
4th O'Gorman might have the best cricketing ability in the world, but considering he is yet to show it etc its nothing more than "potential" and everyone has potential, so im more than confident in believing i've got him covered so far ;)
5th Hobbs... LOL... the end...

Oh and for the record I dont hate MLFC or RPCC but I do sure as hell hate some of the crap you guys post on here...

Remember you haven't won anything yet ;)

C'mon Phantom. As another man once said - You cannot be serious! You having a go at people for writing crap on safooty. The last 3 pages on this thread about your career sure is. Now I understand! My bad. So if I mention Rob O'Gorman or any other cricketer on this thread my post is deemed utter crap in the Phantom's eyes, but if I can squeeze in his brilliance into a post, it will be considered newsworthy. OK well I've changed my signature, so whenever I post the Phantom will be mentioned.

Pfffft....4 time winner of the most handsome player in the comp says it all.....will be 5 after this season, but i gotta admit the competition is becoming more fierce each year. When i eventually retire from cricket i hope my legacy is that anyone can look beautiful you just need good genetics.

Funny you say that about the Bourbons Auto as I'm feeling some of my team mates want some too. I'll keep you informed, but be warned Bourbons aren't good for gout.

I'll get the Leaderboard up this afternoon. Surely we can't let No.1 Source get the victory that easy? Then get the Semi Final teams up and play on.......

Just a correction for something i posted yesterday.
I mentioned the association dinner on may 19 but that is actually for the SACUSA umpires
end of season dinner, not our own association's season break up. I was confused because
it was a link that is on our website but under the banner " SACUSA News"

Sorry for any confusion!

I believe it will be at Fitzroy same as last year
