Anyone know what happened between Payneham and Unley in Rd 4? Both teams were docked a point due to player reports?

Friday 40, Saturday 41, Sunday 40.
Is it just me or is the wording on the heat policy a little unclear?
There is the statement up the top that says all games off at 42+, however later on there is the following statement:If the match was played under normal conditions on day 1 and the heat policy is enacted on day 2 then conditions of play will remain but there will be no second innings with stumps being drawn at the conclusion of the second teams first innings. Common sense will need to apply as it relates to over rates and strict observance of the scheduled finish time.
I believe what they are trying to say is if the side batting on day 1 got their full 80 overs, then the 2nd side also gets 80, however, given the way it's written, some people could interpret that to mean the 42+ rule doesn't come in, and we play no matter how hot the forecast is.
I suspect 42+ all off will be the ruling, but the wording of the above is something the turf need to look at.
If the forecast does land at 40 or 41, there will be a few disappointed sides!
In A1 for example, Pembroke lost on day 1, and would have like the opportunity to try and set up a game on day 2, however their opponents will now be forced to bat the day rather than chase an outright. Pembroke will now likely spend a large chunk on the day in the field with no incentive of getting a bat should they collect the remaining wickets.
Brighton and Payneham who both completed their first innings on day 1 will be put right behind the 8-ball, missing out on 80 overs worth of bonus points, where as if the forecast creeps up to 42, they'll be loving it, picking up the full match points while other teams settle for the draw.

What weather report do we work off?
I heard last night that it was BOM website at 4:30pm on the friday, but hearing a decision wont be made until 9am tomorrow does that mean we work off something else? Or just the BOM website report at 9am?

I can't see anything on ATCA website about this, but it makes sense to call B1-LOF early. Forecast is clearly not going to drop below 40. Strange they don't wait until the BOM update their forecast at 4.00pm this afternoon though.

Anyone else slightly concerned they are going to drop tomorrow's forecast back to 41 tomorrow morning given so far today has only reached 37 compared to the forecast 40?
