Adelaide Rockets may have picked up a boom recruit although only for a few games in LO A. Oz do you know anything about this? ;) Hope Valley have Aiden Wilkins coming across. Jayden Shepard from prospect to Para Hills ( Is that your lad IO?) Anyone know of any other player movements?

Good pick up along with Watson. Who else you picked up? We (Pooraka) have picked up Todd Neeve from TTG and Ricky Smith from Gepps Cross, as long as we cover the costs of the Dunlop Volleys Gepps got him. Any news out of the Ingle Farm or Brahma Lodge camps?

How well are Gepps Cross going?? Losing two blokes to POOraka and Ingle Farm, do they have any ins?? If not, A4 next year you would think.

No surprise Eckerman is at Hope Valley. He would follow Watson to the toilet if he could!!
There once was a bloke named Fracka,
Scored runs since he was a young tacka,
But alas not anymore,
his shot selection's been poor,
and now they call him QUACKA!!

O'Connor?? Please, are you guys trying to tank? Hope you guys have a good batting line up, because if he gets the pill, you'll be chasing 400 plus scores all year  ;)

Word is Kilburn have recruited Daniel Thomas, Scott Galbraith and Charlie Molyneux for the coming season. Just give you a quick rundown on their talents.

Daniel Thomas
A very chirpy batsmen/wicket keeper/off spinner. He has the ability to move the ball laterally on any pitch. He has a knack off getting under oppositions skin which makes him leave very early after the game so no one can get a hold of him in the carpark although he could probably bash anyone.
BB: 6/31 off 13.1
HS: 107

Scott Galbraith
An absolute class act with the bat in hand. The Sachin Tendulkar of the ATCA. Watch for him to hit 1000+ this calendar year.
BB: 5/7 off 5
HS: 225*

Charlie Molyneux
This kid can bat... he can field... he can bowl and most importantly, he can make me laugh. All 3 of us are going to extract the urine out of this association.
BB: who cares, he'll probably get you out.
HS: a lot... when he gets going you will not get him out.

With these 3 acquisitions, Kilburn will be a force to be reckoned with.

Well then, after leaving the forum a few years back because it got slow, stagnent and regulated, I thought I'd check in. It's still the same, but ive caught the cricket bug this year and want to liven this place up again! Because its something else to talk about on a Saturday! And to click on at work!

So here are my predictions for this season,

A1-Where the don't just play because they love the game, the professionals.
Woodville Rech to win, although this could their last horrah with some of their big guns contracts up.
Marion to go down. Been lucky to stay up, and heard they are losing some of their youngsters due to lack of opportunity.

A2- Real cricket, Woodville South to win, got a few solid players heading up their a grade, more than enough to put in performances every week.
Brahma Lodge to go down, honey moon over, one olayer isn't enough here, and a2 has bowlers that can bowl a whole over in the right place!

A3- underarm, onehand onebounce rubber ball cricket. Reynella to win, got some promesing young guns and a3 should suit them well, dont think they will cruise it, but with a game to spare.
Hectorville to go down, not the playing group, more the hierarchy in the club, a few cracks starting to show, hope they get over it before it effects on field activities!
-side note, who is hope valley's backer? Looks like they have recruited some decent players, but like man city first few years with all thos egos, no success.

A4- No one cares!!
