He did win the all-rounders trophy. Made more runs at a better average than Dan, and took his wickets at an average of 11.

And youre right, he has got a long way to go. Can only get better.

Good young player no doubt, who most probably will go on to be in the top five in the near future.
Hard to see how Chris Hughes couldn't be in the top 5 seeing as he made the Country 11.
Sam Hoffmann would go close too, anyone who has got the ability to make some of the huge totals he has over the last two years is worthy of consideration.
If I was picking the best five on pure ability he wouldn't be in it for mine.. yet.

Chris Hughes is ineligible. When you're the biggest stroker to walk the planet, you are automatically ineligible. If there was a Top 5 biggest floggers on the planet, he would rate number 1.
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep
Have you ever seen a man eat his own head?
No
Well you haven't seen everything then have you.

Agree on Hoffmann. Good Batsman. Hard to split Walter, Hoffmann and Gutsche, and they be hard to beat if Jake Albrecht and Josh Deren end up there.

Hughes...He told us that he was a gun bat that should be at 3 or 5. IF this proves to be true, he can slip into the top 5.
