I was aware Matthews is a gun 'keeper, but I was a little curious as to why he didn't keep in the last game...

Fair enough, to combine fielding 65-70 overs at deep mid-wicket with opening the batting is a pretty tough ask.

I do believe he wasnt asked too, plus hes not a bloke to step on other peoples toes, bowlers need to be more consistant so he doesnt have to move so much,my info is he pulled up well and is looking forward to batting with booga as long as he doesnt slog.

Booga should get a game, he's definitely good enough.

Can anyone post this week's sides on here, as I won't be at training tonight? I finish Uni this week, and have 6 assignments due in the next week and a half.

I saw the Ingle Farm pitches today, and they had a few puddles already on, but only at one end around the batting crease

How can the club get better?

Be careful to appoint the right people into the right positions.
I will say overall, I enjoyed my limited time there, but it only takes 1 person (coaching position or higher up) to make someone not feel welcome, & that person doesn't come back....

I played cricket for 2 and a half seasons before a back problem forced me to give it away.
