Bus leaving from the Hilton Hotel (Cnr South and Sir Donald Bradman) at approximately 8:30am and to return to that spot after the game! The hilton bar staff may be in for a rude shock on Sunday night :D  what a shame the hilton is a whole one street away from my house!

No Drinks on the Bus? You may find that JB wont rock up now.

Sheidow will be down to 10 players for the run chase on Saturday. McCormack not playing.

That will be a huge blow if it is you Sarge but a very minor one if it is Jaryd as he even got out to me so he ain't worth much with the bat ;) .

We made 118 off 20. I think we were 8 down or something, maybe 9?

They were 8/119 off 18... got tight towards the end but they pulled through.

Was an interesting game... very different with a white ball... I came in around 6 and the first ball I couldnt even pick up till late even though the light was good.

Bit of a hoo hah regarding fielding restrictions, we were told it was normal 20/20 rules... i.e. fielding restrictions for 6 overs. But someone at the association made it 8 overs for some stupid reason. Against Sheidow we did it for 6 overs, then 7 overs into CR innings they are yelling out the changes.

Doesnt matter though, they won though, well done.

I must say I'm surprised the captains didn't get together briefly before the start of play and go over the rules just briefly. The fact a North Haven non-player had to look up the rules to tell us all what was going on was a bit rediculous. Good on him for having them handy!

Did get a bit twitchy watching from the sidelines late in the game, and I wasn't even playing!

Tucky did approach your their captain, but he wasn't interested.

Doesnt really matter now anyways.

Why would the association agree to non-standard rules though? Might as well have 8 ball overs too.

What made it tight was trying to see that bloody 'white' ball when you first come in to bat. Just glad I got a couple of sighters.... actually didn't see where I'd hit it. Given that our batting order continues to be in reverse, it was never that close ;)

Our captain had the rule right on the fielding restrictions and made the right call, but when challenged we had nothing to back it up. Will have the rules next time....

well AF and westside, WYC played Glenelg ANA we played the fielding restrictions in the first 6 overs and after that was 5 allowed outside...so i think the 8 overs is wrong, dont know where it woulda come from
