Another day, Another challenger goes by. Salisbury west just prove week in week out how good they really are, absolute quality. The culture in that A Grade unit must be incredible, as one tree hill were in form and just brushed aside like they were angle vale right now. well done westies and good luck to the rest of you!

 Man crush much? Why dont you just get on your knees and blow them!

Westies are beatable.. i'll prove it in a couple weeks  the quality of bowling stops after their openers and their batting has shown glimpses of vulnerability this year...

good idea for you to maybe stop willie smacking you around lol ;)

pretty sure i said they were favourites at the start of the season, n some sat there baggin me coz they had lost players. they may be beatable, and may not be as strong as previous years but they have champion players. unfortunately i didnt get to play against them in the last game as id just come back from 2 weeks away in thailand (was a great trip thanks for asking :P ) but its clear to see from stats alone that McGinnes and Davies have well and truelly stood up and are by far and away the best bowling partnership in the comp. they are definitely the side to beat come finals time. but on any given day any side can win... we all have bad days, n who knows when they time comes they could have a bad day. but they are my favourites for sure!!!

went to freeling oval last weekend to watch a div1 barrossa game for the 1st time, Freeling Vs Nuri.... i was a little surprised with the standard... just like our div 3....the umpire was at least 80yo and sq leg umpiring in tank tops and no shoes... looked a bit ordinary.......

So u thought the standard was our div 3 ? Wow. U went and watched the bottom team in div 1 this year and one of the teams that had come up from div1 reserves . Go and watch angaston v gawler central or sandy ceek.

I see after all the huff and puff early in the season with all teams having played each other the goats have dropped all the way to fourth.
The sheen of the new net co-ordinator wearing off?
I did hear from a couple players at the strikers game pre-christmas that not much had changed at trainings, just this year they are playing closer to their abilities than last year which was a bad year all round for the club.

Don't really mean to nit pick but my ladder has you blokes sitting 4th.

The pleasing part of the goats season thus far as far as Im concerned is the fact Troy Scott is now converting his starts, would have to be the Mackenzie favourite halfway through the season, hopefully he can keep it up in the back end.

Haha. Unbelievable. Oh well I suppose that's what happens when the ump is an assistant footy coach of the same club
