Hey fella's,

Don't try methods to avoid the swear filter, just write the word and the filter will do it for you, I'm not keen on wasting my time editing your posts when you are doing the wrong thing, I will be just simply going through and deleting any offending posts.
Surely you can deliver the same message without resorting to disgraceful language.
Treat this as a warning because if I'm ignored I'll just ban you, banter is fine, save the filthy language for the bar.

Play on & keep it clean, I swear as much as the next bloke but there's a time and a place, this is a family friendly site and you guys have gone way over the line.

Worst part is that it's great to see some passion happening in the Churches and there was a fair bit of interesting stuff in there.

Goat Herder or whoever coaches this comp, should be commended for getting a side together for Sunday against Adelaide Turf. You could understand the Churches comp pulling the plug on the match, but the players and coaches should be respected for getting a side out onto the park. You'll need a helluva of it, so wish you good luck

Why?

i would say just from lack of interest from the teams, lack of numbers, one day game at adelaide oval.
if you have kids , mine play sunday mornings and dont finish till 12 or 12.30.
nothing to do with atca, would think just mainly lack of interest nowadays....
or something like that. ;)

If I could break the monotony of these last few pages, I would like to point out that Hotpies (plural) have no connection to Rosewater FC. They have far too many teeth and not enough tats...

Back on subject,

Anyone coming on here to bag others about cricket ability are kidding themselves. Obviously no one one here is remotely good at cricket in a real sense or they would be training with thier respective state squads or coming home from a piss up in Perth... so if U think your better than anyone, ur not, they are just worse than U are bad.

This of course doesn't include Krafty who's talent speaks for itself.

Put your teeth back in before speaking.

and get off your high horse. To say the only people who have cricketing talent play state cricket is ignorant and stupid. The redbacks have no talent compared to Australian cricketers. grade cricketers have no talent compared to state cricketers. Turf players have no talent compared to state cricketers. Suburban cricketers have no talent compared to turf players. Vicious cycle of comparing. WE ALL HAVE TALENT just comes in different abundances. deal with it.

After all the crap that was written on here during the week I went down and watched a bit of Vista and Rose Park game. Vista all out for 85 with Shark taking 4 for 27 off 17 and Hendo 5 for 21 off 17 with Hoddo Marshall duck Tara all bowled by him. Good luck to blokes who bowl better than these two!
