Maybe one day but Hoppy should have it for a while before he gets it. He will make a good skipper one day.

just got home from work, and bloods and jibba have found love at last!!
a couple compliments il take, the keeping, the captaining and the 50 mentioned by Jibba.. Cheers lads!
I would say Davenport mite come in if Tucky selects him, prob does deserve it and Cheeky from coro, plus maybe Kingy from our mob...matt king of course! I think Quirky may open or Davenport, but we batted to 11 last game so wont hurt if we bring an extra bowler in, will help to have more people to turn too in the field for a bowl!!
Cricket in 13 hours you beauty, ICC here we come...let's hope im this excited after day 1

The Ramblers had a very odd day today against Gleneg ANA.

Started the day ok with our openers getting us off to a good start. Then had a good old Ramblers collapse, sending us to 7/65 at tea.

2 newly promoted B-graders got us up to 150-odd and 2 more good late partnerships got us to a final 9/187 after the 75 overs.

As a few of us pointed out, teams like Glenelg are far too good to not yet have won a game. They probably had the best bowling attack we've encountered so far this year and are good in the field.
