I wouldn't argue with ck's mum either mate. I agree you were much more useful half pissed rather than hungover but you still looked rooted .

Westminster Old Scholars v Coromandel
Western Youth Centre v ICC Sharks
Plympton Footballers v South Road
Glenelg ANA v Coromandel Ramblers
Keswick v Sheidow Park
North Haven v Mitchell Park

There my tips for the games this week! I think North Haven showed pretty good sign last week and only lost because of Hartlett after being down and out! I think Coro Ramblers will win comfortably but im still waiting to see Glenelg ANA click as a team and beat a top side because to me their side does not look that bad on paper. Sheidow to continue their winning streak! Plympton too good for South Road as is Westminster who could get back in with an outright against Coromandel who are clearly the worst side in the comp IMO. And i think this is ICC's first real test, so hopefully we get over the line against probably our biggest rivals in recent years

i think the Keswick boys will show u up this week JB. I also think Mitchell Pk will beat Nth haven and South Rd will beat Plympton. The rest i agree with CK.

I see Steve Ford is having a very good year for Shiedow. Are they contenders for a flag, and how much does their innings rely on him?

Think ICC will take the honours but I don't mind seeing WYC get up as we will claim top spot, even if only till the big games after xmas. Only the 2nd game between top 4 sides. Keswick are a real chance against Sheidow, especially after Ford retires hurt from a McKinley short ball right between the guard and helmet, but I think Sheidow are too solid. South rd rely on one bloke, so won't be tipping them. Beware Glenelg, maybe age has caught up with S Rowe (?) but he was no.1 bat in our comp going back a few years...he must be due. Coromandel to pull off the shock of the round, they will not go season without a win and I think this could be the won...Westminster not travelling well at the minute...will J Murphy be back?
