So how did everyone go today?

The Ramblers had a very hard-fought win against Plympton. Chasing 178 for victory, we were doing it fairly comfortably at 5/140. Then the good old Ramblers collapse kicked in and we were 9/168, needing 10 more.

After a couple of singles and a wide, N. Work hit a couple of big 4s down the ground and that got us over the line.

It seems as though there were a few close ones this week RB. Nth Haven lost to Sth Rd by a wicket with Hartlett making a ton.
Mitchell Pk beat Glenelg by a wicket.

We beat Coro easily however it was painfully slow bowling them out in 50 overs for 116. Young Matt King taking 4/30.

Hamish was the most technically correct batsman i saw last season. should regularly make tons from what i saw.

would be nice to see a sheidow v Westminster score.. i hear the sheidow boys have a quiz night and the questions were all based on sesame street.

Yeah he made a duck against our B grade last match and walked on a caught behind after his team mate had given him not out the ball before for LBW and then gave him not out caught behind but he walked which was good of him. I don't know why if he played b's why he couldn't have played a's.

Firstly Jibba well bowled today you got the boys off to a very good start =D>

Secondly don't talk CK up otherwise us poor buggers at WYC will never hear the end of it   .

Good effort by the guys today finally getting one up against the turf boys. Hopefully you can take it out against the Para District boys as well in a fortnights time.

I did see a blinder by second slip today no names but it was a ripper of a catch.

well i will start with the toss, called heads and as always heads win, tails always fails! off to a great start. haha we will leave it at that!
adelaide and suburban no warm up, straight from town easy as u like win, is that how it went JB?? haha
nah we bowled extremely well, took 3 really good catches which was probably the difference! im still in awe of the two catches taken, altho one was going straight to me at first slip and was taken by second!
and jibba, my throw well il take the fourth set call, dnt think i made it and i was 5 metres away haha
para districts next up for both seniors and under 21s at ATCO.. hopefully get 2 wins and then that will be a massive bus ride home..lets hope the association are set for the booze bill

I think ICC altho have not been tested this year are the side to beat, i think there bowlers are the best in the comp and if they are making in excess of 180 i dont think they will lose any games. However if Keswicks in form batsman get going i wouldn put it past keswick to get a win because the 'iffy' nature of ICC's batting. maybe Kurt Mckinley is the key to keswick and how far they go this year? i think WYC in a close one with Coro, Westminster of sheidow, south road, the ramblers and glenelg ANA.
ps: prediction of the round: JB to follow up his ton with a duck

pretty good call IMO
