With talk of a couple of TVCA teams looking at Hills or Alexandrina and Eastern Hills for 2011/12, maybe the SCA pres could catch up with the TVCA executive at Myer shield to investigate if it is viable to merger with them, would strengthen the SCA and add some freshness with new teams and players.

Indeed BTP.
Go to the Adelaide and Suburban section, they have 95 - 100% of their results up on a saturday night/sunday morning because their association insists on doing so.
Maybe a current player from A&SCA can tell us what fines exist if they don't, but I remember them being very strict on this sort of thing.

It would be nice if the relevant people from the SCA clubs could make an effort to get the results online by sunday night.

$20 per team who doesn't have a team named by 7pm Saturday week 1 of a game and $20 fine per team that doesn't have scores entered inby midday sunday each week.

Idealy that would work well, helping both comps out. but it just wouldnt be do-able would it! there are some very long drives in order to merge the two comps

Rumour has it that he hit the nets with his uncle Spike I'Anson to work on his action during the week. Looks like it worked a treat!

Does Luke Holdsworth still play in this comp? If so hows he go? Was a pretty decent all rounder back in the day and bowled some nice left armers!

I was just informed that Chris Hunt has asked for a clearance back to seaford rise! I wonder if that will help them put some scores on the board.

Heard the same thing, only will be after xmas...definately would help Seaford at the moment... Strange considering only a few weeks ago he was content on playing B Grade for the rest of the season, then wanted to play A grade and now wants to go back to Seaford so he can open the batting ](*,)

Why wont they clear him for this weekend? The only thing i could think of is if he owes some $$$. Surely if he paid it they would clear him or are they just worried that he would make runs against them on the weekend??? Im backing that he would show junior why he is better than batting 7

I dont think it was a matter of not clearing him, i think Junior persuaded him to play the last game before xmas then giving him time to decide during the break want he wants to do.
