So if you lose a game you have a crack at the bloke who DIDN'T get out?

Yep that makes sense

You also seem to be putting a lot of focus on the fact it was nearly 60 overs whilst yes of corse 36 not out of that many overs is slow, But I went in with a plan as Rotas scores quickly as does the ass. leading run getter in Millsy and we all have seen how Atkins bats so only needing 100 more runs with these wickets in the shed I thought it was a justified plan.

Whilst you may well also point out that once a plan is in place it can always be changed and this i agree with at 9 down still needing 20 odd to win yes I was going to throw the bat a bit but then i seen the way our number 11 was batting and it was soild, Rose Park were giving me a single nearly every ball i faced with the field set way back so i continued to take the single late in the overs to minimize the number 11 facing. When it was down to 3 to win i took a single and when our number 11 was adjudged out LBW it was the last ball of that over and I was ready to hit over the top only needing 2 to win in the next over but it wasn't to be.

I hope this explains the situation for you express as you seem to be very interested in it.......

2 more runs for NEK and Dutchy would have been the hero. Wasn't his fault the rest couldn't hang around with him. Can't see how u can bag the guy. Some people need to take a good look at themselves

You dont need to explain yourself Carey....................but you really should of just smashed them over cover for six bud. ;)

nah , no media ban.
just not getting involved in the crap. I made 15 then was given out caught behind off my pad.
say what you may , but I know in all honest I did not edge that ball. hence my major temper tantrum afterwards.
either way it doesnt matter, as we were beaten on the day by rose park.
I wont say we were beaten by the better side , as I think we were beaten by our own arrogance. goes to show the game is never over until the last wicket falls.
good luck to all in grand finals over the next two weeks.

Bad luck to the Roy's???? Don't bloody think so......out classed and when they declared still 180 short.......wtf??? One of the most self centred decisions ever to be made by a captain. Then to go out and carry on in a manner like they did was appalling. I feel for a small handful of decent blokes in that side, probably 6 of them. The other 5 were a discrace to their club and believe me, a bit of on field banter is great, but these blokes were absolute tools!! Go Rosie's!!

Like I said we need a cleanout, th 5 players u failed to name, yes that's probably the ones tha need to be swept down the drain.
Read my msg properly next time, u obviously blind I assume u didn't make runs on weekend!

I reckon you should be the first one on the list of cleanouts powerport! :P

I think Toddles days at the Roys are numbered after last week. I think Fitzroy next season to Go back the Future

And even those that won were crying. Wouldn't let us bat on, Boundaries were too long, Umpire gave me out when I wasn't, Square Leg umpire cheated blah blah blah. A few people in this comp need to eat some concrete and harden the F*** up

I'm sure Rose Park are just happy to have both teams playing in Grand Finals, hope the results go our way and if not the sun comes up in the morning. Very big of u to bag the club and Mawson Lakes yet you hide behind a username as well? Anyway must go and prepare to play. Think I might practice my Whooooos for when the batsman miss, any tips on how to do it right? Hendo

They're good guys Scooter. Played cricket with and against those blokes. Hunzy isn't playing footy at Uraidla this season. Perhaps Biggsy could tell us where ;)

Yesterday's A grade GF was rain affected reducing each team's over quota to 61 overs. Not sure how the rest of the grades coped with yesterday's rain

And good to see the comp get an A grade player from a non performing GF team to umpire in the lower grades. =D>

Yeah right! I played a season of cricket with those lads about 6 years ago. Hunzy was a talented lad, usually if he fired so did Uraidla. They sure new how to celebrate win lose or draw!
