tiiters did bat very well he was the only one but comers 50 off 50 overs BORING and why you would say he cant bat gets me

a guy bats for 50 overs, the side bats the day out. and makes 300 odd... and u think thats a bad performance! shows what u know about cricket dilli-pickle!!!

If you read again VC he states that it was boring, not a bad performance. There is a difference between the two.

Big game tonight at Porties so all get down and have a captain cook.

I will stick my neck out and predict a Shoe win (surprise surprise) the boys are all back on track and a good attitude at the moment and will keep the momentum going.

Bose and juniour will be the players to watch but for me the Shoes have too many batting options in this form of the game.

Lets hope Porties cater for the crowd with the extreme weather and all have a good night. :partyman:

I've been told that there will be temp shade erected providing the Pres gets the required help from other club members.
The bar is always well stocked in that part of the world too.

Pegs Hanson will bowl porties to victory ..... if his batting is needed he will reverse sweep the quick bowlers for the winning runs.

Speaking to pegs, he said he will get one up on T Bahr tonight, with a nice H(andle) Bahr Mo, for the crowd. Question is can Noarlunga block out the H Bahr??

If only he could do that a few years ago for Sullies against Morphies instead of getting bowled around his legs and losing his off stump not to a spinner either.
Hope it's a good game

well done Porties in a well fought out game that came down to the last couple of balls.

Final Sat for a couple of sides and still not sure who will grab 4th spot.

Also COY to be decided this w/end and again some good chances to claim.

The old sullies army now known as "Pegs army" was supposed to be present but they couldnt get their effigy of leon ready in time..... :(
