Big day of Cricket coming up..

Can NEK chase down 329 for the win at home?
Can Para Vi$ta get across the line against Adelaide Lutheran?

Two very interesting games in Div 1..
It's Somma Time!

typewriter wrote:Para Vista A were bowled out for only 50-odd chasing Adelaide Luth's 120 odd. Funny thing is Adelaide Lutheran then batted again and were dismissed for around 80 with Tim Hodson snaring four wickets to go with his four from last week. Needing 150 from 10 overs to win outright, Para Vista went close, making 107 including 77 off 28 balls from Hodson!

Para Vista B bowled out Enfield B for 84, some 32 runs short of their target of 116. Three runouts in Enfield's innings, two caused by the same batsman, who was the one that wasn't run out on both occasions! Haha! Could've been less than 84 if we held all our 7 dropped catches and 2 or 3 plumb decisions went out way.

Enjoy the week off next week everyone!

same as last week we dropped a few i guess important catches but all in all a good game not alot of agro and typewriter if im correct in who you are can you please STOP GETTING ME OUT hahahaha i like how bowlers always things lbws are plumb too :P

Para Vista have gone down to Salisbury West in a heartbreaker, Salisbury West batting first and hungover made 4/136 from their alloted overs. Para Vista let brilliantly by Hodson who finished up with 60-70 odd were cruising along before quick wickets saw them needing 13 off the final over, enter J. Vines with one ball to go, 6 needed to tie flicked brilliantly to clear the boundary and force the game into a bowl off. Salisbury west finishing 1/8 from their over while Vista finished agonisingly short with 0/6. Fair effort form the lads, and may I add Salisbury West supporters painted a very feral and scum filled picture for their club, disgraceful!!

Deserved victory for s west played an honest game. Supporters only got vocal after some blatant cheating from opposition. May b feral but least were honest. Justice prevailed

Thanks Trippsta. It was a great game today. Bad luck of the result. Enough said about S.W.C.C. Good luck to whoever they are playing at Adelaide Oval.
