tsk tsk Mr Miraculous, seems the last week hasn't been a good one for you has it in terms of "player judgements" .. just seen this comment in reply to Paul Wrights claim that CM were in the box seat close of play last week...

Box seat??? LOL? 1/15 off 17 overs will put you at 92 if you bat all of next week Wrighty. And before you say it, I doubt you will make any difference on the second day considering your tons have come against bowlers that possess no-where near the qualitly we possess and despite your 2 tons you have only made 'double figures' 3 times this year ... See Moreoutside of them. Outside of Brass(who is looking solid and isnt jumping off the pitch), I cant see you or any of your team mates lifting your side to more then a hundred. :)

i guess you were wrong on more than one account since not only did they hit more than a 100, not only did they win but PW hit 40

Para Vista A lost to Fitzroy A. Chasing 120 odd, they were dismissed for 109. Unbelievable! Bourke, Bacon and BB all among the wickets. Fitzroy batted for a while afterward and went to town on Vi$ta, both Loechel and BB notching up good scores.

Para Vista B, on the other hand dismissed Enfield for 115 (they were chasing 225). It was a slow day out - took us 57 overs to roll 'em - it was clear they were just shutting up shop. Pete Johnson was their top scorer with 20 off 40 overs, O'Regan, Hassloff and Para Vista's newest secret weapon all took multiple wickets.

Our C's had a bye - but I'm keen to know how Fitzroy went down there, chasing down the 525 set for them by Paralowie last week... Any takers?

Our B's passed Seaton's score of 160 thanks to a brilliant unbeaten century from Auto (120*) with support from the middle and lower order. Next highest scorer was 13* from yours truly.

Mr Miraculous, if this is true then clearly you are far more arrogant and STUPID than i 1st thought! A ton is a ton doesnt matter whom the opposition is, you still have to go out there and do the work to get there, its not just a given that you will make a 100 everytime you walk out against a weak side!

As for speaking of your bowling stocks POSSESSING so much ability - making it sound like the great west indies line up of yesteryear - you only have one bloke in the top 10 wickets in div 2 AND your side is sitting 2nd last!

Oh and just out of curiosity... how many tons have YOU hit??

I did hit an unbeaten 30 in the C's earlier this season PG.

Auto's a star, He's transformed the team from being bottom last season to making the finals quite comfortably this season.

Ouch for the A's. Were they missing a few players or just a bad day out with the bat?

We chased down 141 well within our 40 and 4 down... I helped a bit with 103* and our number 6 finished with 19*. doesnt leave much for the rest of the boys

103*...well done boy. hope to see u at fitzies next year....

there have been alot of unfamilair faces at vista this year, but the main guns in smith, goedecke, cuz, and marsh were there. marsh and cuz solid, the others just got out to some great bowling to be honest. fitzies on fire with the ball and field, no dropped catches wheras vista dropped quite a few. we should have made 60 odd. cuz didnt sound happy at all.......

our c-grade got bowled out for 96......and then paralowies just let and didnt let us bat again. i havent checked my rule book, but this sounds like a forfeit almost, or a loss of second innings. i would be interested i some other peoples thought......spintwin??

fitzy has all 3 grades in the final....good year for us :)

The way i read the rules is they forfiet ther Second innings. I would say that would give you the second innings result you should get 6 match points and all bonus points you scored.. They are a rabble. But our Assosiation could come up with any ruling they like.

The B's whoever wrote it didnt shut up shop thats how we bat pretty much why we are last with no wins??? didnt see the 5/40 we had paravista b second innings? and with not a real b grade side it was fun :)

C grade beat Brooklyn Park.. Enfield 105 and 152 Brooklyn Park 66 and 4/50 maybe?

Good luck to all teams playing finals next week

Will Enfield be using their home home ground or the Kilburn Primary School home ground?
