People play too have fun and winning is part of the fun. Adelaide plains footy does it as well. IMO I can't see the problem with making it even for everyone.

It means every team has the same amount of byes.
Giving each team an equal level of 'participation' for the season, and an equal amount of matches played.
Seems bizarre to me that some teams would have more byes than others.
If you can't be stuffed re-doing the schedule just say it, at least I could understand your stance then.

Why not include a few more one day games in the A3 comp so more games of cricket are played and the draw can be a lot more even. There isnt anything in the consitution saying that we need to play 7 x 2 day games and 7 x one day games. Multiple byes is also an excellent idea to even out the draw. The simple idea would have not allowed there to be a bye in the A3's and have the bye in the A4's or A5's as that is the bottom grade where some clubs struggle to get numbers from time to time.

People do strange things abroad and this seems to highlight that completely.
Will there be room for him in Ango's batting line up? with a couple of new additions it seems solid already.
Whispers that the Duke has been planning a return to the Ango bowling line up seem unfounded,
and therefore plans to re-strengthen the pitch about a metre short of a good length have been put on hold.....for now.
