What does that even mean ?? This is the second time Central United have played at Salisbury West in Grade 1 in how long ? 10 years ?
Classy stuff.

yeah its good to see a whole team of 11 come back n have a beer n socialise. the day was played in great spirits, with plenty of good cricket from both sides. Relationships between the two clubs have always been very good during the 5 years i have played in PDCA.
Troy Scott dominated the score card with a commanding 78 including a few monstrous sixes... including a one handed bomb over deep square leg, and one that landed well into the playground on the road side of the ground. Jenner was just relentless in his lines and lengths and with his variations of swing and movement he had the batsmen guessing all day long. and just quietly, without giving him too big of a head, Bedgegood also bowled 2 very tidy spells i must admit. game is in the balance i reckon, very much
looking forward to next week

pretty stupid comment when u look at it that way. considering the umpire in the middle is an independant, official umpire and makes probably 95% of out/ not out decisions.

And whether home or away, a one umpire system dictates the batting side does square leg at any ground.

i dont think any clubs are cheats. some players make mistakes at sq leg under the pressure , and i think the 50/50 ones go with the batsman (as they should) . the only ones that dont are usually half way/ stranded down the pitch run outs.

Fair enough. Just sounded like you were tarnishing a whole club as cheats which is very unfair.
Play on...
