3/3 for the PDCA kids, take on ATCA on Friday for the title.

Young lad from Angle Vale picked up 6/21 off 8 today the keep South Central to 9/141 from their 40 overs, we passed it 1 down in the 25th over.

I've heard Achilles? Poor bloke that's gotta hurt! Hopefully nothing to serious and he's back before finals.

Grade 1 Ladder
98.62 - Salisbury West
90.10 - Craigmore
84.57 - Eastern Park
75.58 - Virginia
-------------------------------------

73.02 - Angle Vale
54.33 - Parafield Gardens
44.74 - Dublin
31.19 - Riverside

Very interesting battle for 4th place opening up, looks to be between Virginia and Angle Vale, both with similar ends to the season but Virginia with Parafield last round could tip the scales in their favour.

Eastern Park have done well this season on their return to the top flight, but have a tricky last 4 games, and whilst i'd expect them to manage them, they will be under the pump to win at least one game to lock away their finals berth.

Grade 2 Ladder
94.53 - North Eastern Knights
85.76 - North Pines
73.70 - Enfield
68.00 - Craigmore

----------------------------------
67.38 - Central United
66.75 - Eyre Royals
59.49 - Smithfield
52.44 - ATCO

Comp have been blown wide open following two weeks of shock results, suddenly 5 sides fighting for 2 finals spots. Hard to pick who will beat who - even ATCO who have struggled have come within a whisker of winning the past two games. A lot of sides relying heavily on one or two players - if they don't fire then their team struggles a bit.

Enfield in serious danger of missing the 4 after a strong start, and of the three fighting for that spot, my gut feel leans towards Eyre Royals scraping in - have a reasonable mix with Keylock, Jenner, Richardson with the bat, and this Arifi looks a beauty - can see him hitting some big scores and taking few poles.. Quick, Simpson and Keylock with the ball provide wicket taking options, and their fielding is pretty handy.

NEK still look the standout, if they can have Leonard for finals will be very tough, Bignell, Atkins and Merritt will be hard for sides to get away in the 2 day stuff, and they bat as deep as anything.

Owenfield probably have the biggest task out of them 5 now as they have ATCO this week in a one dayer, then meet Pines, NEK and the Units to round out the season, just quietly, I think the Units are finding some momentum at the right time of the season, they'll be cherry ripe going into the two dayers.

Angle Vale have the Gardens and Dublin still to play yet too.

Yeah, Eastern Park aren't out of the woods yet, at full strength they'd have the most dangerous all-round line-up but losing 2 of their last 3 against teams they would've gone in as favourites against doesn't look great.

I hope all their players aren't playing footy trials come finals time.
