Semi Finals:

Woodville vs Sturt
Kensington vs West Torrens

B Grade
Northern Dist vs Sturt
West Torrens vs Woodville

C Grade
Southern Dist vs Glenelg
West Torrens vs Woodville

D Grade
Kensington vs Northern Dist
Sturt vs East Torrens

Add to that the Under 16 Reds and both Under 14 sides and it is a busy week (hopefully two weeks) ahead for the club. Three out of four senior teams in finals (equal highest, with Woodville and Sturt) and six out of eight teams overall (clearly highest). Well done, boys, on the season so far and good luck to all Eagles teams in finals.
Actually, will be magnamious: good luck to all teams from all clubs in finals.

I may be a bit biased but I would have Dan Cullen ahead of Tom Jorasalfsky. Both took 26 wickets for the season (Cullen at an average of 19; Jorasalfsky at an average of 26). The SACA stats only show 24 wickets for DC but there is an error there. DC also averaged a very handy 24 with the bat whilst Jorasalfsky averaged 12.
Also, although I would love to see James Smith win the Bradman, I can't see it happening. He missed too many games or part-games with the State team. I would expect our highest vote-winner to be Trent Kelly but would be very surprised if he won the medal though.
Cheers

Oops, sorry, they do too. An oversight on my behalf!
Will have to include the two women's grades, so that we have 8 out of 10. Sturt only have 7. :?

Correct, with one change to the West Torrens team: Kelvin Smith comes into the side and Erik Laubscher goes down to the B's.

For those interested, you can follow live scores (I'm assuming) of the Woodville v Sturt game here

Looks like it might be a good finish.

Sturt lost 7/29 after tea (were 3/120 at tea) to lose by 91 runs.

Woodville straight through to the GF and will play the winners of West Torrens and Kensington.

Woodville's opponent will be West Torrens.
West Torrens 8/232 (Blizzard 112, Cullen 50, Haslett 25, Panelli 3/38, Opie 3/53) defeated Kensington 115 (Klinger 39, Brinsley 39, George 5/28).
A great comeback for the Eagles after we were 3/3 after three overs with James Smith, Kelvin Smith and Adam Crosthwaite back in the sheds.
Cheers

Sam Miller was a bit of a bolter.

Grade Cricket Team of the Year - voted by captains and coaches in batting order:
Sam Raphael (Adelaide)
Tim Davey (Tea Tree Gully) (WK)
James Smith (West Torrens)
Ken Skewes (Woodville)
Aaron Sayers (Woodville)
Trent Kelly (West Torrens)
Jake Brown (Kensington) (Captain)
Dylan Thomson (Sturt)
Tim Evans (Tea Tree Gully)
Jamie Panelli (Kensington)
Blake Lenthall (Adelaide)
Tom Joraslafsky (Southern District)

Not a bad side.

Coach of the Year – Carl Hooper (Woodville)
