Cove 230

All out in the 70th over.
Titterton 70
Sloan 45

WYC 0/20

Big thanks to the Cove boys who let us play someone not on the team sheet at 12:55 because that person had just rung to say he was working all day and would be leaving the country before next sat. Would've been nice if he had told us that slightly earlier

Jabber what happened in your div 5 game?

That must have been some batting by Hamilton to make 450 off 48. One bloke made 274.

Some one from Kenilworth made 200* in Section 5 as well.

Yes it was certainly interesting to be involved in, some big sixes, one bloke hit 27, clearly shouldn't be batting in section 5 but when the "club" only has one team then it's not his fault... I guess!

Rode his luck, should have been stumped on about 20 by 3-4 metres but shoulda, coulda, wasn't!

I was tossing it up trying to buy his wicket, and the stats show I was swindled better than anything you will see on today-tonight!! 0/95 off 6 (including 1 over that only got hit for 1) I was massacred!

Over-all not a fun day, I'm predicting I'll be watching our A's by about 3:30 having lost maximum points!

One of those days I'll never ever forget no matter how hard I try.

I heard he wore his thigh pad on his head, his hat strapped to his thigh, and his sunnies up his arse.

I also believe he spent the drinks break selling poisoned milk to school children.

Must have been entertaining even having the audacity to lose 4 for none at one stage ....... See you were promoted WUB after last weeks knock, must have impressed the heirachy with something :D

Well done to Brock ! Has the ability to be one of the most dominate and powerful players in this comp if he gets it together.

Yes, unbelievably during the carnage of yesterday 2 blokes were on hat-tricks simultaneously! and we took 4/0 in 4 balls!

I'm still in disbelief over what occurred yesterday, if i didn't have a 5k bet with slime going i would be retiring at about 6pm next saturday!

0/94 off 5 overs. Wowwies that is as bad a figures as you can nearly ever see. Time to make some runs jabber

Our game started by Cove being absolute champs with one bloke pulling out after team sheets were swapped. We bowled reasonably well all day, but Michael Thomas rode his luck early and titterton batted extremely well to make his 71.
It looked like we were going to be chasing 300+ but the bowlers fought back well and we fielded pretty well all day.

0/20 means we need 212 to win. As we only have 10 next week we are really 1/20. Will be a tough game, one that could decide coves year.

Icc made a huge 279 against ramblers. If results go against them, ramblers could be bottom come the end of this round

And I reckon it was the best i had bowled in about 2 years! All with loop and drift and landing (well should have been landing, he was taking 1 step out and toe-ing them for 6!) in the right spots! Unfortunately for me they were all landing in the right spot for the batsman as well so it seems...

This is how confident he was, i bowled one shocker where i sprayed it outside off that would hit the grass, he just stepped off the pitch met it on the full and bunted it over cover for 6!

Sheidow Pk gave us a bit of a touch up in the T20 semi final today. Sheidow Pk 157, Morrison 82 was the main bat. WYC all out 119. Hopkins top scored with 26.

We bowled poorly and Sheidow batted well.

Sheidow bowled well except for probably the last 3 or so overs although the game was already over.

Why didn't ramblers and ICC get 75 overs play yesterday?
