so what is the skippers overall thoughts on the season??
I used to eat a lot of natural foods until I learned that most people die of natural causes.

Congratulations to former Ingle Farm junior Jayden Shepard for becoming the round 13 nominee for the Grade Cricket Rising Star Award for season 2009/2010 after his 4 for 24 against top side Sturt last weekend.

Has made IO very proud..... :D

Yeah, well done to Coxy and the boys for taking out the C3 flag. First senior flag for the Farmers for a long time.

Also well done to the U17s for taking out the flag....and the U13's who are unbeaten for 3 years
