Sheidow Park after losing 3 early wickets ended up passing the score 6 wickets down and losing another 3 quick wickets after getting the runs. A good result for us boys and agree with you on the umpiring display Bloods!!!

A solid result then. Makes you wonder if its worth batting on after a win. Good to give a few blokes a bat but ends up being similar quotient to WYC. Either way, a good start for Sheidow.

Might drive past Plympton tomorrow to see what a dangerous oval looks like. Question is, if it's dangerous now, how is it going to get any better?

South Road looked like they were going to pull of a great win at 2/180 odd chasing 302 but a couple of great run outs and some brain fades by a couple of batters saw Keswick get up by 50 odd runs.

Rusty got 3 and Liam 1? I don't know who bass player is (if he is the leggy that plays footy with Rus, i think he got 1). Rusty's presentation speech down the club went longer than his innings.

Glenelg almost pulled off the win against WOS, but some persistant bowling saw WOS take the last few wickets in time. Good effort from J. Murphy 50 odd last week then bowled 20 overs yesterday picking up 3 wickets i think.

Lots of runs being made.. but 326 with 19 overs to go is nuts! Although it was at Cowandilla P.S.

Div5 NHCC 9/351 def Coro Ramblers 9/332

Gotta say Weymouth Oval is an absolute pleasure to play on. Green grass, softish outfield, just lovely. Just don't hit the ball into the river! And the Coro boys are a top bunch of guys to play against.

Is there anything the little fella cant do..... bat, bowl, field a true allrounder. The Southern cricket league have a poor mans Rusty curyer in Larry Hanson except he cant bat or field. Might have to fire up the ''Keswick Army'' this week and go down for another look. Are you playing at home?

B Young best player goin around in the lower grade...should be playing A Grade!

Cripes! Cowandilla can be a bitch to defend though Booney. I ****** up one day when I tried to defend the boundaries there early on in my captaincy career. It was a lesson I never forgot.

Coro Ramblers v Plympton on sunday too. Will be on the new pitch at Hathorndene which looks like being a bouncy track. Might be a good time to be a bowler. 3pm start for anyone interested.

What players will you guys be fielding? We are looking at approx 2/3 A Grade with the balance from Bs who are either 'slappers' or players we are looking at for an A Grade game on saturdays. Perhaps a player from the lower grades who can hit a ball, just not often enough for saturday cricket.

We will be starting at 2 and we will be playing something along the lines of half a's and half b's.

There goes that idea... ill wait til next game. You boys need to get big Dan Loveridge out there. He will scare a few batsmen(when he gets it on the pitch  ),from what i saw a big quick like him would be very handy for you guys. Can bat a bit too.

Apparently hutchy had a bit of a hand reaching his 96 on the weekend aganst keswick...a certain legendary sec.1 batsman stirred him up all afternoon and went on to drop him twice...
