I see young mcdowell got himself a hatrick??
Also heard that Ramblers were a little bit sad about yesterday being called off due to bad light and 20mm of rain in ten minutes.

He sure did. He bowled quite well yesterday. When he is able to eliminate the full toss/half tracker from most overs he will be very dangerous. He has only been bowling leggies properly for the the last 4 months can't wait to see what he will be like in a few years time.

Coro bowled out for 121 after being 4/3. May back into the form from last year taking 5/31. South Road 2/43 with Krutli and Hartlett in at the moment. Set up to be a good finish with Coro's strong bowling attack.

I thought he'd bowled leggies his whole career

Nah he has bowled medium pacers the majority of his time in juniors. He has bowled leggies from time to time but never too often.

Jeez, boys. Been stuck on page 59 for a while. Lets discuss the 3 biggest issues for the year in our comp.

Take your pick from any of these topics:

1. Andrew Wright
2. Sheidow Park Div. 4
3. The write up in the messenger by "Slasher"
4. The carry on from PDCA after the Under 21 game
5. Tubby's retirement, then comeback in section 4 as a batsman.
6. The success/non success of the 7+7 comp.
7. Andrew Wright
8. Lack of individuals creating headlines this year. Let's be honest, every club has one. Where are the stories about Chucka Spehr, JC, Heath McKay, JC, Robbie H, The Crichtons, O'Malley,Pope, Pitt, Brigmanis, Hardy, Marshy, Roberts, Williams, Smith, McRae, Mcgowan, That fat guy from ICC, That bloke from North Haven (you know him, with that funny name).
9. South Road! They have found Morphy Parks twice this season!! Thank god for Google.
10. Afternoon teas? Are they dead or are they the future of cricket.
11. Do umpires actually look for no-balls? Or are they a myth.
12. Can WYC maintain their dominance? Or are there holes starting to show?
13. Ok, had enuff. But what about our Association committee, who we all know read this crap. Are they really doing a good job??
Anyway, Moe has had a few, so there is something to think about for a while.

Just wondwering what the clearance by laws were for Adelaide Suburban are as it would seem a club has transferred a player instead of asking for a clearance from his previous club.

Have seen this happen a lot (with juniors especially) for dual registrations. I had an example this year where a district club wouldn't outright clear a player so we used a transfer to do it as neither club nor the executive knew of the best way to do it. The executive get e-mails regarding any transfers and clearances so if something dodgy is going on they should see it.

If they have played that player without a clearance or permit then they would lose their points from that game IIRC.

So would they lose there points for all games this player has played in?
Yes I have used the transfer option for dual rego with a district club, however the player may owe some money from previous club in a different association

If it hasn't been ok'ed through the association (i.e. permit) then yes that side could loose all points for games the player has played in. There are exceptions where the original club won't clear someone for whatever reason and Craig will still give a permit for that player for a game or 2. In that case only way to do that in MyCricket is through a transfer.
