I believe it was the 2nd. Dirk averages 146 in A grade this season - or so Holly Hoskings assures me.

Is there a minimum runs to win the aggregate award? If not well done.

=))
Minimum runs dont win aggregates, maximum runs do!

i'm gonna assume he meant average, and yes you need at least 300 runs for batting awards 20 wickets for bowling, 250 and 15 in the b grade

A true story indeed but some clubs thought it was unsafe to play there so no one can play there.

well it was pretty clear that all of the clubs except risdon were concerned about the pitch on pirie west oval as they all voted at the meeting that it was unsafe, hopefully now it will come back to bite someone

Surely rain is the only thing that can stop Fluff bringing up the thousand this weekend
Rain or Gators.

Damien Wauchope...if he gets 134 or better tomorrow there would be a safe bet that he would be a late withdrawal from Pt Germein's bowls team on Saturday afternoon. He trained the house down last night and the focus is there. Go Fluff!

Fluff a touch unlucky to get out early today at Globe Oval.
But a great season by the Port Germein stalwart and some promising signs for the young Port Germein group.

Very very disappointing to see Solomontown forfeit again in the B Grade. Looks like lots of work needs to be done by the Cats.

Who was the veteran who helped out his Club and made an appearance for Wandies at Globe Oval yesterday afternoon?
Did Wandies end up registering a win?

No.
But the player appeared to be a keen student of the game.

What a shame there wont be any senior Finals played at Port Oval.
I wonder if a poll of players was undertaken whether, purely from a playing perspective, players would prefer playing at memorial or Port Oval.

When was the last tie in a PPCA Final?
A great game in the Champions league between Risdons and Warnertown on Saturday that ended with both teams on 120.
The Wombats far too good in the replay on Sunday with Damien Hill batting well to book a spot in the GF for Warnertown.
Risdons and Southport square off in the prelim this week. Let's hope no one asks to use a sub fielder.
I hear that there will be a bus at the game.

PS Wand v Sollies (I am pretty sure) A grade Prelim 2001/02
