Come on Masha.... Reever, Richardson, Hooters added to yourself, Sib, Matty......Browny. And when Tumey arrives, god damn ! I'm not familiar with Groover....although I heard he gets tired after a big day in the field ;)

Quit with the deflections. I want some of that $6 action. Youth policy for Westies this season.....another teenage debutant tomorrow ;)

I really wish Barossa and Light started a week later than PDCA cause tomorrows game at Salisbury Downs will be an absolute cracker and i would have loved to go and check out the new boys of the comp with their new look side. I agree with what catchit said before, BL would want to take it out this year with the new side, finishing second or lower would be a massive FAIL for the club, and i dont think they would want to be changing comps without a premiership.

Catchit, have you been rehearsing your sledges for tomorrow?
Sure to be some reasonable one liners coming out

BL must know how to look after players with a few big sponsors on board I’m sure there's a few incentives going around.
Maybe not for the old players but I’m sure the new guys will have their hands out.

I know first hand how confident you can be with 6 imports, confidence turns into pressure because everyone is now out to beat you.. but the real pressure begins in march, there will be no credit given to just making finals "again".. Brahma will be expected to take it out now after a massive influx of players.

obviously in your opinion - which I am sure carries plenty of pressure and importance at The Lodge ;)

Not sure who else expects The Lodge to win it - certainly no one at the club

from what i hear there is alot of people out there that think you guys should take it out.. how can people not think that?? with 7 recruits including top quality ones?? then add sibb [ and browny]... i also know that my imput has no importance at the lodge, i am just stating the facts of going into a season with so many recruits.. the pressure is huge to perform and perform when it counts..

Ok, you called me out on my deflection. You must be good at this game. But I still think SW deserve those odds, big game players. When you think you have them in trouble, they move it up another gear. Good to watch.

Honest question, who is Tumey and where is he from? I haven't heard this name yet.

Yeah we have that same trouble with Groover in the footy. He is good for the first 25 metres, but suffers greatly after that :) Guess we will have to have a sub fielder at every game.

No appearance as yet. But there have been some whispers of the young punk making a return.

Tumey....Geoff Tume - Tall classy left hander (refer Matthew Elliott). Played in an A Grade district premiership. We made our A grade debuts in the same match.... I got fatter and rejoined hard wicket, he played in an A Grade flag. Will be the best batsman in the competiton if he returns to Adelaide. Absolute gentleman too.

Now that you know all of our recruits, who have you guys added to your team? Any followers from AHOS? Spill the beans so we can talk them up rather than having a go at the Lodge's :)

A fat 32yo bloke with a bad back from AHOS and Chad McInnes the only additions.

4 outs from last season. You do the math.....like I said, give me some of that $6 action ;)

Wouldn't say bowling as normal.....but played against him last season and his batting has certainly improved. Still took the new ball but pushed into the breeze. Didn't think that would be in his contract.

Edit - You forgot Miles. Still bowls with some good wheels. No room for me with the cherry.
