I'm not tryin to get a bite. I'm just stating a fact. No need to get all defensive. I did check my stats tho and I was right.

Its just good to see people challenging Rosies and SW who have dominated for a while now.

Don't think you've ever been slammed.. granted you weren't rated higher pre-season but like i said that was before a ball was bowled, before the likes of McNair and Neil were confirmed starters in your line up..

Also pretty sure few pages back i raised the fact your side made the semi after finishing 2nd with a very similar side, believe me no one who has any nous about cricket is under estimating or forgetting about OTH...

p.s yes agreed it is good to see a more even competition this season.. as ATCO showed on the weekend, anyone can match it with anyone..

I haven't read much of the previous 50 or so pages. A lot of it gives me a head ache to be honest lol

I remember watching that game, it was a pearler. It's great to see the fire in the belly again up at Goat Park, an outsider's influence is more than often the right recipe for success, especially at a club like your's where it's a tight knit group.

On paper and according to the ladder there are some good games of cricket this weekend. Hills v Crown , west v units, rams v craigmore and atco v vale. Should be a big couple of weeks before the one dayers start.b
Back to the creek it is.

Some absolute cracker matches this week

Westies v Units
OTH v Rose n downies
Virgina breaths v Craigwhore
ATCO v Vale

Thoughts?

I think the two new comers could very well be a sniff this round of snagging a win.. or depending on results we could see R&C drop down as low as 6th after this round! :'(

well i would certainly be tipping vale against atco. at one point during this last game against us they were arguably in control of the game at around 150/3 or 4. were looking very good. lost a few quick wickets to change the game in our favour but i think they would comfortably get over the line against atco. virginas vs craigmore is a much tougher one to pick i reckon. westies units is also pretty hard to seperate. OTH rosies is simple however... goats all the way ;)

No doubt, heard a rumour we may just forfeit and save D. Jenner the petrol money coming down.
Then again, we may just send Phantom and his 10 other personalities to fill a side whilst we sit at Ridley cooking the BBQ - gotta do something useful on the weekend, question is however... Would any of the meat make it to the table???

LM, surely the goats are $1.01 shots for this weekend?? Probably wouldnt bother doing any head to heads in this game either. May as well just do the goats head to head.
